My experience was great! I was able to ask questions freely on their website chat, which was very usuful. Once I was sure I made my appoinment online and Jonas was on time to treat my house. He was very professional and thorough. I had a different company treat my house in the past and they were never as thorough. Jonas took the time to explain what he was doing and was very efficient. I would highly recomend him! The whole experience with the company was great and I hope it continues that way as I have a 1 yr contract.

I've been using Bulwark Exterminating for bi-monthly service since we moved to Apex in September. They are always courteous and quick to schedule us when we need to add any additional visits. Eric Burgin is our normal tech and he's so polite and prompt. He listens to our concerns and takes care of whatever issue we are having. I highly recommend Bulwark and suggest, if you live in Apex or the Raleigh area, to ask for Eric Burgin.

Bulwark notifies me in advance and always arrives when scheduled. Eric is always professional, friendly and talks with me concerning any problems or suggestions.

Bulwark is fantastic. Kevin does an amazing job and is always punctual and professional. He answers all my questions and is always willing to come out to address any problems. When I call, their team is professional and they are very responsive. I appreciate Kevin and the whole team at Bulwark.

We have used Bulwark Pest Control for about 2 years now and they have provided consistently high quality service. Our technician, Eric Burgin is extremely polite and takes the time to come to the door to explain what services he performed that day and to point out any potential trouble spots he noticed. We will be staying with Bulwark.

The technician, Kevin was very friendly & professional. We asked him to take care of a spider issue we were having in the garage. He said, not to worry he would take care of it. When he finished the work he came to the door again and explaned what he had done, and how he treated our spider issue. We were very pleased with the service Kevin provided.

Kevin was terrific, he listened all my issues and gave me all directions to get the problem solved, and had the work done properly and very professional.

Our technician was great. Michael Desronvil. He was professional, knowledgable, very thorough, explained all the various treatments and methodology used for both the insects and rodents and very polite and respectful. We'll request him in the future!

We have had a contract with them for a couple of years now and we are very pleased with them. They are professional, responsible and easy to deal with, which is a hard find these days! Christopher Brown is the guy who normally shows up at our house and he is excellent! He is very personable and knowledgeable. Thank you all for being a company I can rely on!

They answered the morning I called, and had someone out the same afternoon. They located where the mice were gaining entry into the storage room, removed the existing mice, set traps inside the room, and also a bait (?) box in the best place outside. They came back 2 or 3 times in the next few days to remove the additional mice, replace the traps, and check the bait box at no additional charge. Each of those times the phone was also answered when I called (I never had to leave a message), and someone came out the same day. They also explained why we were having mouse issues, and that the bait is not harmful to our dog. Both techs were polite and professional. It was $99 for the first trip and will be $79 every two months.

Really, really well. I've been using will work for several years in a very impressed with their punctuality and professionalism. Randy Pena is particularly outstanding.

Randall has been awesome. Always takes extra time to explain things, work with us on price, doesn't oversell. Appreciate his honesty and professionalism.

I HATE ROACHES! It says so right on my account. We have had a number of pest control services over the years but this one FAR EXCEEDS anything we have ever had. When I saw a couple of roaches in my house, I searched Groupon and found this company that I had not heard of and decided to give it a try. From the start it was different than all the others. My technician, RANDALL, is the ultimate in a service man, across all services industry products we have tried. He came into our home and treated it with care while making us feel that we were the only customer he had that day. I could not believe how thorough he was. Over the next few months, we have come to know this man and I can still say he is head and shoulders above any other. He CARES about his job and how well he does it and makes us feel like we are important to him. He has on several occasions taken the time to check back with us to see if we were OK after having a interim treatment for a straggler that he came to kill. He gave me his cell phone number just in case I needed him. WHO DOES THAT?? Im not saying he will give you his cell number but this young man has become not just a service man but a friend who I trust and admire very much. We are blessed to have him in our lives. Not only is he great at his job,Bulwark has a core of people working in the office and others in the field who are terrific and give personal care to your home. Our account seems to matter to them which is refreshing in our experience. Thank you Bulwark for a great service and THANKS TO RANDAL WHO IS THE VERY BEST EVER!!!

Email the day before indicated when Chris Robidoux would be here to perform the service. He arrived right on time on a very cold morning. Asked if any special attention was necessary. He then completed the task completely and efficiently.

Punctual, professional and went above and beyond by explaining what needed to be done and helping me locate where the mice were coming into the house so I can close the gap. No mice in the house ever since. Also took care to go outside the house and set traps
