Bulwark Exterminating

Patrick Hurley came out today to spray our house, which we do every two months. I told him that we had a few black widows up front by the front door and he did amazing! He cleared all the webs, did some extra spraying around the edge of the house, and did a little something extra (he told me what it was called and I cannot remember) in the cracks in front of the house to try and make sure we didn’t have any more spider issues. He spent a good amount of time here and I feel like he did a great job making sure to get all the areas we needed. It was nice to feel like it was more than a quick routine spray and that I was heard. He did great!

We have been through our share of exterminating companies. We live in an old farmhouse with lots of nooks and crannies for insects and mice to make their way inside. It’s has been a 5 year battle until now. All of their service crew has been fantastic. Ashley was the latest to come out and he was very personable and seemed to really care about the issues we were having. This company has done a great job, we haven’t seen nearly as many bugs as we normally do. If we do see the one it is either dead or dying!!!

We noticed ants in our kitchen around lunchtime and wanted to have it taken care of as soon as possible. We called Bulwark and got us an appointment with our technician, Ashley Stevens, for later that afternoon/evening. Ashley came out and did a fantastic job assessing the issue, explaining the services he was going to perform, and addressing the issue throughout the house quickly. The pricing was fair, the communication all the way around was top-notch, and Ashley was fantastic to work with. We made a great choice with Bulwark and look forward to working with the company and with Ashley specifically in the future.

Paul with bulwark is always so helpful. He always arrives with a smile on his face, ready to assist us with any issues we may be having with pest control. We have a dog and young infant in the home so he is always super thorough in answering any questions about safety

We have used Bulwark for over a year, and they deliver great service. The company was responsive to a property incident that occurred, and took care of the situation. We opted for the every other month visits, and now have technician Chris Brown as our servicer. He is a great communicator, detail-oriented, and thoroughly keeps us bug free consistently! We stay with Bulwark for their responsive customer service, and the awesome work that Chris delivers!

Josh Ungar was the tech who came to the house. He did an outstanding job. He listened to my concerns and acted on every one of them. He did a thorough job in the crawlspace, garage, screen porch and exterior of the house.

Chris Brown at Bulwark is super. He is attuned to the needs of our home, and he always remembers our treatment preferences. Bulwark has a caring professional in Chris Brown.

Chris of Bulwark have been taking care of our needs for years (every since my son moved home from college one summer accidently bringing home german roaches as well). They've done fantastic work getting rid of the roaches (after we unsuccessfully tried on our own) and we've had them taking care of us since. Much of it has been preventive (but maybe it is just the good work they do to keep them out) but when we do see anything, they are quick to respond and address it.

Josh Ungar did a great job clearing numerous spider webs and applying the chemicals required to treat for spiders and ants.

We have using Bulwark for over 4 years now. During that time we had excellent service from the Bulwark team. Fortunately, we have had the same technician, Orlando, since we started, if there is ever an issue, he takes care of it. He is great to work with!!!

Chris Brown, the exterminator that severs my residence from Bulwark is wonderful. During my husband's terminal illness he consulted with me and health providers to insure that processes he used were safe for the unusual circumstances in our household, He has continued to provide dependable and reliable extermination for me as I continue as a solo homeowner. Paul More is always so friendly, professional, and informative when he comes to service my house. I was having problems with ants when I started with Bulwark about 1 1/2 years ago. I have been ant free since his services began. I appreciate his kind service.

Paul is always a consummate professional, and my latest service on 9/19/20 was no exception. He diligently inspected all perimeter areas, including but not limited to my home’s foundation, windows, and adjacent mulch beds. His diligence and attention to detail paid off as he identified a difficult to see significantly sized fire ant mound and took the appropriate steps eradicate - it was hidden under heavy camouflaged mulch! He’s always a pleasure to talk and work with, affable and personable, while performing his duties exceptionally. Highly recommend Bulwark and Paul for your home!

Josh U. was our service person. I highly recommend Josh U. because he was punctual, friendly, professional, hard working, very knowledgeable and is a very personable man . I asked him a lot of questions about different spiders and snakes and he really knows his "stuff". He educated me about every snake NC has and what they look like, their behaviors, which are venomous, where to look out for them, what to do if I see one. It was good to hear from an expert who is someone that not only sprays homes to prevent snakes BUT also from someone who personally loves and knows A LOT about snakes - so I trusted him - which calmed me down about snakes because now I have a better understanding about them. Snakes are a phobia of mine so Josh U. really helped me! I also asked about spiders and he taught me about those also. He also told me and taught me about bedbugs in hotels and how to check for them and what to look for and informed me on how to self clean our own mattresses at home to keep them clean and fresh! What I thought I knew about bed bugs was wrong so I really appreciated his information so when I go to hotels from now on, I know what to do to check and won't have to worry anymore if there are or are not bed bugs. I appreciated all of his knowledge on everything. He was very patient with all my questions - once I was done talking his ear off, he completed the service in a timely matter and was very thorough doing so. I give Josh U. and Bulwark 5 stars well deserved. Thanks Josh U!
