This has been going on for months, and Thomas Pulliam was the first person to find the access under the deck and discover ant nests! Kudos to him!!!

At the first sign of ants in my driveway, I contacted Bulwark Pest Control. A returning customer, I was confident in their services. As usual, setting up an appointment was easy. Additionally, Paul who arrived to exterminate my home, was the epitome of professionalism and worked hard to get the job done.

Came out same day. Michael Desronvil was very friendly and professional.

This was the first time I used Bulwark Pest Control. The technician, Eric Burgin, was on time. He did a very thorough job. He wiped outside corners of house for cob webs, treated the entire perimeter, as well as the surrounding plants. When he came inside, he wore protective shoe covers and did an incredible job. He did every room in the house. He opened all windows and treated them. He even removed light plates and treated all plugs on the exterior walls of the house. The service was remarkable. He was very polite, educated in what he was doing and was a first class professional. I would not hesitate to call them again. I will continue to use them and Eric Burgin was the best. W. Perry

Went very well, Eric Burgin has always been on time , very courtesy, does a great job, explains and does what’s asked and very punctual a true asset to your company and team.

I was pleased that a very thorough inspection and spraying was done. The sales person was Dillan Donaldson and the Tech was Christopher Robidou and both were very knowledgeable, courteous, polite and easy to talk with. My wife and I were both with the service we received.

Our tech, Kevin, was super informative and friendly. He let me know what things are changing with this treatment and answered all of my questions. He was especially patient and kind with my kids. They had a blast joking around with him!

We have been using Bulwark for about a year - we had an excessive amount of ants and they were getting in the house to make it worse. Though we are still working at getting rid of them completely I do have to say that working with Michael Desronvil has been a pleasure! He has made it his personal vendetta to rid our yard and house of these ants. He calls me regularly to check in and responds quickly if I spot an "intruder"! I feel that he goes above and beyond to help us with this issue and though I can't say they are completely gone yet I know he will do all he can to make sure we get the attention we need to control the problem! I've been a client for 5+ years and I've always been happy with the service. Randall is our technician and he's got a great attitude and a professional demeanor. Every year we have issues with sugar ants and he comes out two or three weeks in a row to ensure the job is done completely.

We are usually visited by our tech, Eric Burgin, and he always does a great job. He let's us know that he's arrived, he warns us to keep our cats in, and he very thoroughly treats everything. He also knocks down the endless spider webs.

It went well. Orlando is knowledgeable and communicates well. He answered all our questions competently.

Jonah gave me a courtesy call when he was on his way, and arrived exactly when he said he would with a few minutes to spare. He was courteous and professional in every way. Answered all my questions and concerns in a manner which I would understand, then explained (and in some cases demonstrated) in detail everything he would do and what I should or should not do as a follow up. Very happy with this process and would definitely recommend and/or use this service again.

Kevin was awesome! He was kind, polite, and even covered his shoes before entering the house. He not only knew how to do his job thoroughly, but also entertain an engaging conversation about his work and other hobbies.

Our technician Orlando Council is very professional. He clearly knows what he is doing. He explains everything he is spraying or the granular he is putting down and the effects on the environment and pets. He will answer any questions I may have and if I need extra glue trays he will put them down for me. This company and Orlando are so wonderful since we began using them. I would recommend Orlando to any of my friends or neighbors.

Paul not only sprayed, but gave many good tips, showed me areas of concern, and cleaned away cobwebs from the ceiling in our garage and on windows. He takes his work very seriously and is very conscientious. He reminded me of the free call-back policy. The service also includes the inside of the home if you so choose, which we did not have him do this time.

Came on time, Kevin was very professional and friendly.
