Way to go Daryle G is always on point. With everything that is happening with Covid-19 etc. he came with a mask on, was very polite and kept good social distancing. I didn’t have to say a word. Thanks for the service and the professionalism!

Michael Desronvil came on time, actually early. He was very professional and asked me my concerns, and to show him where i may be having a infestation. I have been struggling with wasps and carpenter bees, I also have several dogs, and wanted area treated for fleas. He took his time, provided treatment in wall, in dog area and outside where the bees are seen. Will use this service again

We have had another pest company for 2 years and still have had problems with roaches on our screened porch as well as the occassional one in the house. Gross. And yes, I understand a screened in porch is outdoor space and therefore should expect some pests... but daily roaches that make everyone jump and run is not a fun place to hang out. After previous company had treated with no results, we weren't sure a new company would be much different. Until I spoke with Bulwark. They understood our issue and assured me that this can be corrected, whereas previous company made it seem like something we'd have to just get used to as this is part of living in this area. Bulwark seemed to have a much more systematic approach, and also has a concrete plan and has said it IS possible to get these critters to go away. They were professional, took time to explain HOW their process is different and systematically explain exactly what they will do so we can be assured to have results. Our technician, Randall, was punctual, friendly, personable and knowledgable . First time I've had a technician that I actually felt knew what he was doing beyond just spraying stuff around. I have just recently switched to Bulwark, but the difference in the early stages has been great with this group. I hope the level of satisfaction continues!

Chris Brown arrived on time and explained what he would be doing on this visit. He asked if there were any additional pest concerns. He also reminded us if at anytime there are pest concerns to call. Chris ended the visit with a thank you for being a customer.

Bulwark Pest control is great. I work with their technician Paul Moore and he's excellent. I get emails beforehand telling me when they will show up and a timeframe for arrival. Paul is very polite and always willing to help out with any pest-related issues when he comes. I use them for monthly preventative pest control services (interior/exterior) and the mosquito control during the necessary months

Really good. Jeremy came by and was very friendly. Asked what was going on. Then came back and explained what he saw. Even suggestion that on a sunny day I open up my crawl space door to let some humidity out.

My home was service today and Daryle Gee as usual was prompt, professional, and courteous. He always does a phenomenal job!

Steve Johnson was my technician, Steve was wonderful. He is a pleasure to deal with and made me feel good about this visit . I heard something upstairs in my office last night wasn't sure if it was a mouse or something bigger . I was totally freaked out and super hyper! A nervous wreck . Steve was so calm and walked through my house with me listened to me non stop talk( poor guy lol ) He did a thorough job and was so polite . He has a real positive energy about him . Thank you Steve for making me calm down and feel better about the little something in my office .

The technician, William Walker, was very precise, polite and conscientious. He arrived on-time. He patiently explained the services he performed.

Randall has come by a couple of extra times to help me with a wasp infestation in my house, and he has given me good advice on what to do. He has always been very responsive in between services if i see mice or roaches also.

My technician Michael was very thorough, he explained everything he was going to do and the reason behind the treatment. He asked me multiple times if I had any questions. Explained when he would return for quarterly service, explained that if I were to have any issues or concerns between services to contact him/the company and he would come out within 24/48 hours at no charge. He gave me all his contact information as well. He provided me with a copy of my contract and summarized the visit before he left. He was very respectful and considerate of me, my time and my home.
