Matthew Aiken was prompt, he came at the beginning of my service window. He assessed the problem and laid bait and traps. He recognized that I had a small child at home so he showed me exactly where the traps were and if possible placed some where my daughter couldn't touch them. I love this company! James takes great care of us. He checks in to see what are needs are before he starts our service. He even brought to our attention that we had wasps and he took care of that as well. How did I know? He sent us a picture of our house and the wasp nest we had. He was so nice to talk to. This company has never disappointed us.

Eric Burgin & Matt A of Bulwark Pest Control provided services recently. Bulwark is always great! We find that he/they are always on time, professional and does a great job! It is the best money that we have ever spent. We never worry about bugs negatively impacting our home. For the low price of $99.00 per quarter they provide a much needed service. They also will come out and provide special services in between regularly scheduled treatments at no charge.

Randall G. conducted a very thorough inspection of our house to determine (1) if we had any termites and (2) what and when should we consider starting with a termite contract. Randall G. was very helpful, professional and provided excellent advice.

Randall G. came out to look at the sawdust that we found on the floor in the family room. We wanted to make certain that it wasn't termites. Randall G. determined that it was dust that had come in from between the walls through the electrical outlet from the outside. On the other side of the family room wall is the siding for an outside patio. I had recently blown the patio to get rid of the dust and pollen and this cause dust to come through the electrical outlet. Randall G. picked this up right away. He visit was short and efficient. Extremely pleasant and professional.

My technician Steven Johnson was very informative. He showed me photos of where the ants were coming from and explained what we should expect to see with the treatment.
