Description of Work: Mosquitoes have been somewhere else! Not at my place thanks to |Bulwark Exterminating. Purchased a GOOD DEAL package of 3 mosquito treatments for 149.00 (approx 3 months). | |I found out later that there is a natural product available--which is what I'll request for next year. A bit more cost...without the often-toxic products used in so many sprays. | |'My' Bulwark service representative is really a wonderful ambassador for the company.Grateful for his expertise and helpful nature. Thank you all! | |PS: Only thing I didn't understand in my purchase is that they'd come on their schedule--I didn't need to call them.

Description of Work: Bulwark technicians were very professional and knowledgable. They answered all my questions and took their time to do the work. I had them come in twice to tackle my indoor ants problem. It was easy to schedule appointments with them and they always informed me before heading their ways. They paid attention to my description on my ants problem and applied various strategies accordingly. They gladly repeated the service when ants shifted from one area to another. Overall I'm very pleased with their customer service.

Description of Work: Mosquito barrier treatment. I think the application wasn't thorough enough or the. He mucas used weren't as effective as some of their competitors. I had 3 applications done over a 3 month period and had mosquitoes show up sometimes just after a week. Have not not this problem with other competitors and will be using someone else in the future.

Description of Work: Never responded to my scheduling requests that I made at the time of my purchase. Said to call one number, then that person couldn't schedule an appointment, had to call another number and wait for returned phone calls, had to play half a dozen rounds of telephone tag. The final person I spoke with spent 5 minutes telling me they used their own scheduling process because it was better than the one on Angie's List, then they couldn't find my Angie's List big deal purchase. It was just more trouble than it was worth trying to work with these people and not a good sign of things to come, so I cancelled the deal and requested a refund from Angie's List.

Description of Work: Coming the distant that they came and did a pretty good job I say thumbs up. He explain to me the problem that I had and how he was going to treat it. The follow up visit was a little behind schedule but no big deal because whatever they used got rid of the problem the first time.
