Description of Work: They were very prompt and professional. They just did not eliminate the roaches. They came back and tried the second time, but roaches were still seen afterwards. I didn't bother calling the third time, nor was there followup from the company. I reached the conclusion that they couldn't eliminate the roaches.

No pressure at all and they took the time to discuss my situation, troubleshoot and educate me on my came back cricket population. They were friendly, on time, professional and I would definitely use them again whether 1 time or an on going contract. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: They were hired to get rid of mice in the house and walls. They put bait on the exterior of the house and bait and glueboards inside the house.

Description of Work: Exterminated whole apt for roaches and spiders. The gentleman was very thorough. He took off outlet covers to spray, sprayed around baseboards and misc areas.Chris, who serviced our home, was extremely polite as well as informative. We have had no signs of any roaches.

Description of Work: First time inspection for the $99 rate to check all areas of possible infestation but being new resident we were lucky not to have any issues; I called for preventive measures and signed up for bi-monthly treatments. Our technician Chris was very informative and did great job.

Description of Work: They performed an interior and exterior preventative bug spraying. The equipment had a snafu so the person had to go to Morrisville to get another compressor or something, making the service take longer than I had anticipated. This was not really a problem, except that it was late in the day, and they did not see all of the spider webs on my screened porch, so I had to get rid of them myself before I had company. They will come back and redo within 2 months, which is great. They were very professional and explained the service and offered to set me up with a schedule of future treatments which I declined.
