Description of Work: They did not spray where they were supposed to and it was caught on our security cameras. The guy sat in his truck for an hour but did not do what he was supposed to do. And, they sent the same guy that we asked not come again because of his lazy service the first time, which we complained about. Would NEVER recommend or use again. | |

Description of Work: The first technician sent to the house was not very professional and only did a partial job. But the company followed up with a phone call to ask if we were satisfied and promptly sent another technician who was very professional when we informed them of what services were provided the first time. I would use them again as they seemed genuinely interested in making sure the job was done right.
