Bobby Davis Septic Tank Services

Bobby's crew got my tank pumped out, figured out the problem, and replaced my septic pump. I called in the late afternoon and the work was completed by lunchtime the following day. Wow!!! Thank you.

Originally supposed to be here between 8 & 9 am but didn't show. I called and left a message which got me a call from Bobby. They ended up coming out early in the afternoon. Did a great job, answered some questions and were extremely friendly and professional.

Pumped system and told us we should keep an eye on it as water was draining back from the leach field, but that could be because of all of the rain we have had.

Arrived on time and completed in a very efficient manner.

Showed up on time, extremely professional and knowledgeable, good price, did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend him.

Bobby Davis is top notch. It took about 20 minutes, there was no clean up. The workers are perfect.

The same two individuals who recommended replacement of the tank, arrived today (3/6/16) at 8:00. They pumped out the old tank, dug it up, and dropped in a new 1,500 gallon tank. They explained everything in great detail as they were connecting pipes and validating the system. Once completed, they covered the tank and made sure the ground was level. The two individuals were awesome! I highly recommend them! The team Bobby Davis sent out to replace my septic system was awesome, and I highly recommend the company.

It went great from start to finish.

It took a day to complete. I wasn't there. I would say they left the area okay. There was a lot of rain and they didn't fully pad it around the septic tank when they were done . I called them and they said they would fix it.

The crew really did a thorough job. They replaced the clogged field lines. Replaced the distribution box and put everything back as close to the way it was as possible. I couldn't have asked for more.

Determined that pumping was enough to to fix the problem and made suggestions for improved maintenance.

Called for service and they came out the next day. They called about 30 minutes prior to arriving and were courteous and helpful. Only negative was that one of the gentlemen lit up his cigarette and smoked while we completed the final paperwork in my driveway. I'm very sensitive to that but didn't want to make him feel bad so I just hurried along and finished up with them. There was additional work/parts that required a second service call and they arranged for that occur with a different gentleman the following day. Work was performed to satisfaction and completion and we are very happy to have chosen this company to help us out.

I contacted them on a Saturday afternoon, using the phone number they list for emergency service. I left a message requesting emergency service but did not even receive a callback until Monday. They advertise 24/7 emergency service both on their web site and here on Angie's list, but they do not appear to offer such service, based on their lack of response. Needless to say, I did not end up using this company for the work, and the problem had been corrected before they even bothered to call back. If you need emergency repairs or service, I would look elsewhere.

They did a good job once they got here. There was a a few emergencies that happened, since mine wasn't we waited a few days for them.

Great service, great communication, and very fast

It was easy to set up an appointment, the crew was on-time and courteous. I received a courtesy call about 15 minutes prior to arrival. Unlike service I received from other companies, the Bobby Davis truck came with hoses long enough that they didn't have to park on my lawn. The crew did put down a drop cloth to try and catch oil from the pump. This was only partially successful, but I have never seen any other service provider even make an attempt to catch the oil from a leaky pump.

Called Monday set appointment for Tuesday morning they were on time, did the work needed very nice and professional, will use this company from now on

Excellent. Very responsive, professional and kind. They explained everything well and quickly fixed a faulty float.

Can't recommend Bobby and his team enough. Had our tank drained for the first time, and that went well - prompt, responsive, very courteous team. Had an issue a couple days later where the tank appeared full again - Bobby had his same guys out there within about 4 hours. Embarassingly, the issue was our fault, nothing they did - a simple check of the breaker box would have fixed the issue but I didn't check ahead of time being new to septic tanks in general. Neither Bobby nor his team would take any payment for their time on this second visit, and were very patient in figuring it out - it's that level of service that makes me want to put this review in. Highly recommended.

They were professional, friendly and did a great job. They responded to my emergency call because all of a sudden water backed up in my shower and the toilets would not flush. They called me back within a few minutes of my leaving a message on their answering machine around 7:15am. They were here within a couple of hours and gone before noon. They were awesome and will recommend them to anyone who needs septic help.

About a month ago our septic system was so full of water in overflowed -- yuck. We called a septic service (not this one!). They came out and charged us $250 (insisting on cash) to pump out all the water. Imagine our surprise when in just one month our septic system was overflowing again! This time we found Bobby Davis through Angie's List. He sent somebody within 48 hours of my calling. The man was extremely professional. The moment he heard the circumstances and took a look at our system, he immediately knew it was the filter. I didn't even know there was filter! The other guys didn't bother to mention it much less actually cleaned it. Within ten minute the filter was cleaned out and the problem was solved. These folks were so professional, knowledgable and courteous that we will definitely be calling them again in the future to service our system! Thanks Angie's List!!!!!

Contacted provider via Messages. Prompt, courteous replies. Set up the appt via messages. They called 20 minutes prior to arrival. Gentlemen were courteous and professional. Pumped the tank, provided me with the bill (which was in line with the estimate I received). Cleaned up and left. Thank you!

My toilets were over flowing. I called Cary Plumping Co. Their plumber came out and determined that my septic tank needed pumping. I went on line to Angie's List and called A-rated Bobby Davis Septic Tank Service. It was after business hours about 6:00 Pm when I called and left a message. With in one hour he called back and we set up an appointment for the next morning. About 8:00 AM the next morning his man called and said they were on the way. His two guys arrived, went straight to work, located the tank and started pumping. It was a very tough job. The tank was completely full of solids. It had never been pumped in 31 years. The guys pumped the tank and now my toilets flush perfectly. What a joy it is to find a great contractor that I can recommend to my friends and family!
