After finding this company on Angie’s List we called on a Saturday afternoon with a septic system that was backing up. They came out Sunday morning to pump the tank out to buy us some time until the underlying problem could be identified and addressed. They came back out early Monday afternoon and determined that the sewer line to the tank was broken in two places and was blocked. The sewer line was dug up, replaced and everything cleaned up in 2-3 hours. These folks were very responsive, professional and their services were very reasonably priced. We now know who to call for septic system services.

Excellent! They were easy to reach, very accommodating on the phone and in person, and they went well out of their way to fit me into their schedule. Brandon came to the house and carefully explained every step. They kept their promises and did outstanding work. I couldn't be happier and I will certainly refer them to my friends and use them again.

Took a while just to get an appointment. Called, and the woman asked me to call back and leave a message, because she was driving. OK, no problem - distracted driving is bad. I left the message, but didn't hear anything from them, so I called them back. Spoke to a different gentleman, and he put me on the schedule. The day of the 9 AM appointment comes, and I wait until 10:30 and call them back. They didn't have me on the schedule at all. When I asked why I should try to reschedule with them, given their poor performance so far, she mumbled something about being on vacation last week and that the person who arranged for the appointment doesn't normally do that. I actually gave her a chance to sell me on the company, but instead, she only offered excuses. No thanks. I'll find someone else, and you should too...

Perfect from start to finish. Person answering the phone was courteous and helpful. Service person was polite, prompt, professional and thorough. A great experience. This is now my go to service company for my septic needs!

It went very well. The young man that came out was very courteous, professional and on-time. He answered all the questions I had regarding septic tank maintenance, etc. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Jump went smoothly and as expected. We indicated it would be better to use a smaller truck due to our driveway and Bobby Davis accommodated that request. Service was provided promptly and on the date and time requested. Would use again.

Bobby Davis was "very" quick to respond to my phone call for help. His men were not able to get there the same afternoon - but - they were there first thing in the morning and went right to work. The 2 young men were quick and took care of a very dirty job without any difficulty. The pump was 27 years old so I did get my money's worth from it. I definitely would use again - but here's hoping I won't have to.

It was very good. They showed up early before they were scheduled. They were quick and clean.

Great! They went out within a day and called me for payment when they were finished. Got the report within a week and they even searched through city, county and state records to gather all of the previous permit information for me. Very professional and everyone I talked to was super nice. The price was very competitive and came in over $200 less than the higher prices.

Mr. Davis guaranteed his arrival on Wednesday morning but added that the service team could be there Tuesday afternoon if some other things go real smoothly. I told him either time was fine. He called me around noon Tuesday to say they would not make it that afternoon. I appreciated the call. The service team arrived on time the next day, determined what was the problem and solution, replaced the switch, cleaned up the area and were gone. The pump has worked perfectly since then. The price charged seemed about right considering the price of the switch and the amount of time they were on site.

They were punctual, professional friendly, and did a good job. I will hire them again.
