When I called Bobby, he answered the phone. I explained the task and he thought he could get to it within two days, but he had two guys out there the next day! They had to locate the tank (I had a general idea) and then determine the depth in order go back to the shop and get the risers to install. Angel and his co-worker decided to dig up the two ends of the tank before going back to the shop - boy, was that a good idea! What they found were two tank lids without handles! So by doing this task in a 'smart' manner, they only had to make one trip to the shop to find lids with handles and pick up the necessary risers. Angel was very kind in explaining the process to me and that I did not need the tank pumped at this time, but to call back in a year or two and they'll come back out and check it out. You can be sure I'll call Bobby's team with service like this!

My experience with this company was excellent. Bobby answered the phone the day I called and sent two of his men out the next day to clean our septic tank. They were very polite, knowledgeable and did not leave any mess. They moved the concrete cover carefully as well as the heavy garden art that was on top. I would definitely recommend them.

Booby Davis Septic was very prompt and responsive. I called them up, they answered the phone, and did the work the next day, with no effort on my part.

Job went well. I suppose that my tank is now as 'clean' as a septic tank can be. I talked to Mr. Davis on Friday and he told me that he would get it either Saturday or Monday and call before coming out. I got a call from one of his workers mid-morning on Monday and they came out right away and completed the job in about 30 mins. Work staff was courteous and I feel like they were concerned about doing a proper job.

This firm was the fourth one that I called in the Durham area, and it got my business because it was the first one to have a live person answer the phone and be willing to make an appointment for me. The other three either never called me back when I left voice mail, or told me to call back in a few days and see if they were available then, because, "they might lose my name and number if they took it!" Davis Septic arrived promptly and performed the job exactly to my requests, which I had to leave them in writing since I was not home when they got there. I asked them to go in and out of a certain gate to my yard, and to be careful not to leave any spillage that my dogs might get into (I've had that happen with someone else in the past). They were courteous and gave me some tips for tank and field care that I didn't know, even though my system is in good shape. They charged me $5 less than another company that has several good reports in this listing, but who never called me back.
