The experience with Bobby Davis Septic Tank Service went good. I did ask them to check the septic field and they just sent someone to pump the tank. We have a leach field and I was expecting them to check that. The guy who came out knew about what he was doing, but didn't know we'd asked for something more. They were easy to get hold of and we had a prompt response.

Really helpful and had one of his guys who was in the area drop it off. So saved me shipping.

He was superb and they did an excellent job. They were neat and they were fast. They were very courteous. They did the job and they did it with a smile. I would recommend them to anybody. I did not really compare, I talked to them and liked how they sounded, so I went with them. I would say that everything was perfect.

I hired Bobby Davis to check out an apparent problem with my septic tank (I had noticed moisture in the area of the septic tank). He and his crew came out and handled an increasingly complex problem with professionalism and courtesy. I could not be more pleased with how the problem was handled and with the end result. I thought it wen very well given the depth of the septic tank and lack of good records on its location which was an unusual 40+ feet from the house. The 4+ gentlemen I met during the nearly day long project were most congenial and helpful. This contractor was selected based on ratings, without a real cost estimate; however, they kept me apprised of possible costs prior to initiating any expansion of the work.

Things went well overall. Our initial reason for contacting a septic company was to check a sink hole that has formed next to the septic tank. Because of this, the septic alarm is tripped whenever we have a strong rain. They were able to come within a day or so, but were late arriving that day. Employees were nice and definitely knew their business. They verfied that the sinkhole was not due to any leak/etc. from our septic system.

It was good that they actually came in when they were supposed to and got the job done. They were professional and seemed dependable and reliable. We have not got this done before so the price sounded fair from what we knew. Our overall experience was good.

I was concerned possible problems with my septic system due to sewage odors in and around the home. The septic tank was pumped as well as the distribution box. The ground near the tank and box were excavated to examine if there were leaks, or structural problems. I oversaw the examination as it was in progress and every bit of it was described as it progressed. I was even given a basic education on how home septic systems work and code regulations. The drain lines were flushed and tested. Fortunately, no problems were found with the system and I was given advice on how to maintain and trouble signs to look for.

Tank was over flowing. Called Bobby Davis on Angie's List Recommendation. They arrived on time and Cleaned Filters and Pumped two tanks. Gave instructions on how to avoid problems.

They were the best once I ever had. They didn't have to drive in the yard because they have a long hose and they reach in there from the highway. They are punctual and professional.

Came out on time, didn't destroy yard with heavy truck tires. pumped it in no time, explained how to maintain system, pointed out a broken distribution pipe that I wanted to repair (DIY) Showed my root infiltration issues, recommended what to do, tested the system before leaving for leaks and operation and cleaned up on departure.

They were good. They came out right away and did what needed to be done. There work has been good so far.

I have tried a few different companies that were okay to bad. I called them because we were having problems with our pump. We also needed to have our tank cleaned out. The installed a new pump and also cleaned out the tank very quickly. It was a good overall experience with this company and I will use them again.

Called and discussed price and set up appointment. Company came out - had to dig to uncover access to septic tank. They pumped out the tank, replaced the cover and replaced the soil over the access cover. They also opened and inspected the pump tank. They were very careful to minimize impact on the yard with their equipment.
