Bobby Davis Septic Tank Services

Called Bobby Davis to come and check our septic system was having seepage on the ground. He told us we needed to have tank cleaned and that he thought there were additional problems. They gave us phone numbers of people to contact to have lines marked running through the yard. They came back and found roots had grown into the lines and leech field wasn't being used right. They dug up part of septic line and found massive amount of roots told us leech field should be good for another 40 years. They installed a pipe above ground for us to put rootkill into every year and installed a filter inside the septic tank. They were very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail. They showed up when they said they would and price was very reasonable. Since I'd had another company out for the same problem 6 months before and all they did was clean out my septic tank and said it'd be ok and charged a whole lot more. I will be using Bobby Davis Septic Tank Service every time I have my tank cleaned out.

Drive called the morning of appointment to say he was on his way and arrived on time. Work proceeded quickly. The Driver described everything he was doing providing valuable information about our septic system. They left everything as they found it, so I was pleased with the service.

We couldn't find the tank but his two workers looked every where. They went under the house several times to see where the pipes went out of the crawl space. They prodded the yard for about an hour looking for it. The workers were great. They did not find the tank so they were unable to pump , however they told me who to contact to find the tank and said they wold return to pump it out. They did not charge me anything even though they drove a long way to get here and worked for about one hour trying to find the tank.

Bobby was responsive - prompt service; price was very reasonable; technicians were punctual and courteous, could not have been better to deal with.

Provided great service. Called to confirm appointment and arrived as promised. We were not able to be home when service was performed but they did a good job keeping turf from being too disrupted. Overall very pleased with service and would use again

Bobby Davis contacted me and set up the appointment. The two technicians, Roy and Wesley showed up on time as promised. Roy was in charge of finding the tank and Wesley drove the truck and handled some of the heavy stuff. Probing for the tank took about a half hour, but Roy found it and Wesley helped uncover the tank. When Roy tried to unseal the lids he found that they had not been cut at the factory so they could not be opened. He called Bobby. On speakerphone Bobby suggested that Roy break the lids and we, the homeowners, could replace them later! What an idea. That I should be left with a couple of open holes at the top of my septic tank was not a suggestion I found to be a good solution to the problem. Not only would I have been left with a liability if anyone should by chance fall into the tank before I could get new tank lids, but I wouldn't necessarily have the ability to find new tank tops. The tank is ten years old. How would I know if the size and style lid is still manufactured? How would I get them shipped to my home? How much would they cost? These are the thoughts that were running through my mind as I considered what Bobby's suggestion of breaking through the tank lids would mean. Thank goodness that Roy decided that he could effectively clean the tank through the filter hole by using a smaller diameter hose! I give Roy, the technician, all the credit. As far as Bobby is concerned, I really can't recommend his service if he would be so casual about creating so much of a hazardous and potentially expensive situation for me.

Ditto on all the A reviews before. Contacted Bobby Davis for service, Prompt reply. Scheduled within 3 days of calling. Showed up right on schedule. Two men spent an hour digging just to get to the septic tank. Not an easy task. Both were very polite. Price was 235.00 as was quoted on the phone, even though I thought it might be higher due to the difficulty in getting to the tank. Outstanding company and service.....

Great customer service. Technician arrived on time and was very proficient. Technician discovered a crack in the septic tank and blockage in the leach field; saving me multiple thousands of dollars in repair costs.

They were prompt, answered all of my questions, and did a great job. They checked the tank for any problems too.

Bobby came over to assess the problem (wet spot in backyard) and proposed a conservative, step by step approach to trouble shoot the problem and make repairs. His prices were very reasonable for the work to be done. His team showed up two days later and the work was completed in a couple of hours with minimal disruption to the yard. I will use him again for my normal septic system maintenance needs.

It went very well. They stay in touch and communicated well with us as the time of the appointment was fine-tuned during the day. The septic tank was not easy to find and required some extra work as it is old and had not been serviced in a long time. They stayed on task until the job was well done and did not rush it. I will be using them again in the future, for maintenance and probably for redoing the septic at a future date.

Based on past issues with my system I thought I needed to have the system pumped. As always, they were able to send someone to my home the day after I called. The men that came were very helpful. Rather than just pump the tank as they were scheduled to do, they listened to the problems I have been having, asked quite a few questions, and checked various things. They determined that my issues were simply due to a clogged filter, and that I didn't need to pump the tank yet. They offered a number of suggestions as to what might be causing the frequent clogs, and ideas to deal with it. After they pulled the filter and cleaned it, we found what looked like a large leak in the field. They were again very responsive in trying to schedule a time to come out to dig and repair.

Overall very pleased with the service. They arrived when they said they would, and performed the service quickly and highlighted a few issues that I may need to address. They did not try to request any more business as a result of these issues but instead wanted to let me know how to further diagnose the problem. Good integrity.

Bobby Davis provided detailed options prior to the service and gave estimated cost. They contacted the power company to mark the lines in the yard and were here the next day with supplies. The complete install took only a few hours and was inspected and approved. Everything went very smooth. The covered the holes dug and replaced and as best as they could graded the soil back down level.

They did a nice job. Very professional and courteous, and gave me some suggestions to keep the septi system working properly.

Bobby responds quickly, generally within a couple of hours. He and his staff are professional. They discuss options and adapt to changes. Before the work was done I knew where I was on the schedule, during the work I was notified of the situation, and after the work I was informed of what was done.

Very easy to work with Mr Davis and his crew. They showed up when they were supposed to and were able to order the part needed by me sending them a photo via text message which was very convenient. I would use them again.

My experience was good. They showed up and go it done quick. They came and did what they had to do and I had no problems. They came out real fast.

I called this service at 7 am on a Tues and was told I would get a phone call letting me know when they would come. At about 2pm I had not heard anything and called again and was told they were on the way. They finally got here and looked at the problem and told me they would give me a call Wed morning to let me know when they would come. Again, I received no phone call and had to call them 3 times after waiting until 10 am. I finally called and told them I was calling someone else.

They came out evaluated our septic system.

Everything went well. The repair had to be delayed because of rain.

Showed up and was able to pump septic system, clean up and leave job site. Difficult access to tank requires truck to back in via roadside. Driver was able to quickly understand the terrain with no issues.
