Bobby Davis Septic Tank Services

Came out to home in willow spring. When the fella arrived at 5:30 the job was started with digging up the lids. The tank was full as if soil was in tank. The house was 10 years old never pumped out before. Was at home for approximately 2 hrs in the pouring rain. Thank you.

It went fine. They pumped it and left. The people seemed professional and personable.

Excellent- fast, efficient, prompt service, great price

Our service technicians were called and we had an appointment for the day I requested. They arrived at our house when they said they would despite heavy rain overnight into the morning of our service. Both men were informative and professional. The job was completed within about 20minutes. There were no hidden fees, just the amount quoted in our phone conversation. I chose Bobby Davis because I had seen them in our neighborhood and they were on Angie's List. I was very pleased with their professionalism.

We had a confirmed appointment for the morning. I took vacation to stay home and wait for them to show up. The confirmed appointment window (10a-12noon) came and went and they never showed up or called. When we called the acted like they didn't know what we were talking about.

I would not recommend this company at all. I contacted them to get our tanked pumped and find and resolve an issue of slow drainage through our outlet box. The owner told me they would need to bring heavy equipment out to dig, but only 2 guys showed up with the tank truck to pump our tank. The gentlemen that came to pump the tank were friendly and professional, however when I asked why they did not bring any equipment to dig, I was told they would dig up the outlet box by hand to confirm the slow drainage which I had already reported was an issue. They did and of course noted it was in fact draining slow. I was then told the owner would call me back that evening to schedule again bringing heavy equipment out to dig up the line and find out what was causing the drain issue - likely tree roots. They never called me to schedule and I emailed them 3 days later to follow up and they never returned my email. It was very disappointing. If they were not available to do they work, I wish they would have at least told me that so I could have contacted someone else to begin with. I regret having paid them to pump the tank. I should have just given that money to the company that was actually responsive and came out to fix the problem.

They came, pumped out the tank, cleaned screen, and that was that. Just remember to print any coupons from Angie's List or you won't get any discount etc. Lesson learned.

I was so impressed how fast they responded to my call I asked to pump my septic tank the next day.

The two technicians called about 45 minutes before arriving to let us know they were on the way. They were both very professional and friendly. Once they had the lids off they advised me that it was a good thing we had them come out when we did, as the tank was within inches of being full up to the pipe. They were in and out of here in less than 1 hour, and even hosed off the driveway when they were leaving, just to tidy things up. We couldn't have asked for a more professional or smooth running job.

Very professional. They talked us through our options & then did exactly what they had proposed at the cost they quoted us at the outset. They dug up the old leach field pipes that were, exactly as expected, clogged beyond salvaging . They then put in new PVC pipes that are much better as withstanding roots & dirt than the old rubber corrugated pipes. They also sealed the concrete sleeve on our one of our tanks that had been allowing rain water to seep into the tank. They subsequently pumped out our tanks. They then offered advice on how to avoid similar problems in the future. When they were unavoidably held up, they called to let us know. These are good, honest people who you can count on to do their best by you.

Except for them showing up at 1:00pm for a 10:00am appointment, everything went great. They scheduled me quickly, and once there were professional, thorough and very nice guys.

After reading the great reviews on Angie's List, we called Bobby Davis Septic for our repair. They were very fast to respond, sending an employee out the next day to assess the issue. Due to the weather, we had to push the repair back a few times, but they came out yesterday and completed the work. Brandon and Mark worked very hard and did a great job. They explained everything they were doing, answered my thousands of questions, ensured they got every bit of the repair, cleaned up after themselves beautifully and were a joy to work with. I would highly recommend Bobby Davis Septic and would definitely use them again in the future.

The company was quick to return calls and schedule an appointment. They were able to come out the next day and pump my system. The 2 employees that showed up were friendly and polite. Every thing went as expected. I will use this company again.

They were very prompt in their service, arriving nearly two hours after I had reached out to them. They were professional and efficient in their work, and I would definitely use them again in the future.

This was the 3rd time in 3 years that I have had my tank pumped because the tank kept filling up. I thought that it was a problem with the field but Bobby and his crew determined that it was the septic tank's outflow pipe. They fixed the problem and everything is working great. The employees were all very courteous, professional, and timely. I will definitely use them again.

They came the same day I called. It was urgent as my pump alarm went off in my garage, so I knew the pump had failed. One guy came and replaced the pump and then a little bit later in the day a truck came to pump out the tanks. Prompt, courteous, professional and reasonably priced.

I contacted them on a Monday and arranged for them to come pump my septic tank the next day (Tuesday). Iniitally I was pleased with their quick availability. However, when I got home on Tuesday I noticed they did not come pump the tank. So when I called and asked what happened, they said they would come out the following day. So when they came out and pumped it, I inspected it during the daylight hours over the weekend, and their receipt said that they pumped both sides of the tank and cleaned the screen, however, it was obvious they didn't pump then 2nd tank because the ground was not dug up at all to access the 2nd tank cover. When we called we stated that we wanted both tanks pumped but they said they normally only do one side of tank. We said that the receipt stated that they cleaned the screened, but the 2nd tank was never accessed which is where the screen would be located. They said they would come back and pump both sides. They came back a few days later but only pumped it halfway down (there was still sludge ~3 feet deep in both tanks). And we learned that my tank system doesn't even have a screen because the system was installed prior 1999, so there was no way they cleaned a screen since my system never had a screen. Since we made it clear twice now that we wanted it pumped completely out because it had been at least 8 years since it had been pumped I was very annoyed. Upon calling them again and stating that they still had not done the original job that we talked about on the phone (pump both tanks) and that they lied about cleaning the screen since my system didn't have a screen. The owner got very agitated on the phone and raised his voice and asked "what do you want from me" I simply stated that I want what I originally asked and paid for -both sides of the tanks pumped! He said they typically only pump one side, I responded that you can't tell customers that you pump both tanks if you only do one and you can't tell customers that you clean the screen if you routinely only pump the 1st tank since the 2nd tank is where the screen is located. This company (including the owner) was completely full of excuses and lies. They depend on homeowners not understanding how their septic tanks work and rely on the homeowners not checking behind them to make sure they actually do what they claim to do - which worked in their favor since so many people don't want to lift up their tank lids and actually inspect their tanks and sludge levels. But since we work for a local Waste Water Treatment Plant, we knew exactly what we were asking for, what to expect from the company and how to check behind them. Don't trust these guys! Choose some one else!

They never followed up with me. It took a long time to get someone out.

Bobby showed up on schedule and finished 400 feet of leach field in 2 1/2 days. He dealt with the discovery of two pieces of unexpected granite quickly and in a creative manner and stuck to his original quote. He used a high speed gravel placement truck which minimized site damage. He also used a power rake to clean and level the job site before leaving. This made subsequent grass seeding easier. Without his large inventory of equipment this job would have taken a lot longer.

they parked their truck on my new concrete driveway and it leaked oil all over!
