Description of Work: Working with my schedule, Bobby Davis Septic was able pump two tanks with short notice on a Saturday morning. The specialist was polite, informative, and took time to answer my questions. I rated a B on price as the cost was inline with other providers I had contacted as opposed to lower. Do not take this a reason not to use Bobby Davis Septic -- they are far from the most expensive. I will use them for all future pumping services.

Description of Work: Septic tank clean-out. They had to dig to find the lid to the tank buried under the ground. They were not phased by this at all. Their attitudes were can-do and professional the entire time. They even cut a pipe in the tank because they thought it might give me trouble being too long.

Description of Work: I hate to not give this company a good report -- they were nice enough BUT wish that they left the area around the new tank neater. They left a big piece of black tubing and lots of the white clay in big chunks from under the old septic on top of my yard. The tank is in a difficult spot -- on a slight hill. The soil eroded from the tank and they came back and replaced the dirt. They did a good enough job -- and a fair price -- $2400.00 and then another $150. to replace some wiring they had to move (Time, Warner Cable was exactly over the cover of the tank they have to move to empty the tank.) I think I must have expected getting a different out come -- maybe I was just expecting too much.

Description of Work: Bobbby came the next day and pumped the septic tank. He did a quick, excellent job, did not leave a mess, and gave good advice on how to maintain the system. I will definitely call him again next time I need any work on the sewer system.

Description of Work: We were really pleased with the service, especially considering that our septic tank crisis hit over the holidays. Bobby Davis came out the day after we called, and sent a crew the next day to figure out what was happening. They found that we had a slow leak and that all the action over the holidays (lots of guests showering and flushing!) made our tank overflow. We got our tank emptied, and gave us tips on what to do in the future. We will definitely use them in the future, the service was prompt and saved us from what could have been a really awful weekend without working toilets.

Description of Work: Our septic tank had clear (yet foul smelling) liquid leaking from the top of the tank. I called Mr. Davis early Saturday Morning and he was able to have someone out here to pump the tank by 1pm. The technician was friendly and courteous and did a wonderful job.

Description of Work: I called in the morning stating that I was due for an in depth inspection. Tanks, pump tanks distribution boxes and fields. This was the first time that I had ever heard of such an invasive inspection. But its the "law" and until its changed so be it.I was told that there would be someone at my house later in the day.Well his man Angel came and did a wonderful job of going over the system and trying to get things in shape.We found that the alarm system was not working and that the electrical boxes were not waterproof. also that the tops of the pump boxes were too low.With all that work the charge was just the minimal trip charge.Would I use them again? YOU BET !
