Description of Work: I use Aqua Haven and they are wonderful Blue Haven didn't have what i needed. I have an indoor pool and I needed a new cover and then service. I think Blue Haven may have even referred me to Aqua Haven

+ 0 moreWe are new to the area and this is our first pool. Since I had very little to go on, I asked neighbors and researched the internet and local yellow pages. I made a lot of visits to the BBB. I narrowed my search to a few companies and met with them. My husband and I felt very comfortable with Blue Haven because they thoroughly went over every aspect of pool construction. They meticulously drew out the pool we were visualizing. They also listed the cost for every feature line by line. We were also pleased to find that they are the largest pool company in the country (I was concerned about fly-by-night companies) and follow California standards for pool construction, which is very conservative. We also found Curtis and Brian to be very professional and knowledgeable. By the end of our meeting, we felt more at ease about putting in a pool (we wanted a company that would handle nearly every step, which they do) and comfortable with Blue Haven overseeing the project. I am pleased to say that the project has gone very well and the pool is beautiful. Every time I had a question or concern, BH was quick to answer/resolve it. It has been a very positive experience.
Description of Work: Free form in ground heated pool and raised spa with spillway (gunite/quartz), approx size: pool - 24'x36' (98 sqft perimeter) with depth of 3'x5'x4'; spa: 82" interior width. Also includes 640 sq. ft. of brushed concrete decking.
