All American Gutter Protection

Literally just had my install finished. From the beginning my salesman, Brian, was punctual & professional. We did a walk around after they assessed my gutters and explained what problems he saw and how we could fix them. Super easy to work with, no pressure to buy. Install was done while I was out of town. My mom was here to oversee. The installer was on time and professional. There were a few funky things about my gutters (which were being reused) that he had to deal with. He explained everything and did a nice job using what he had to work with. I had a few concerns about the install after I checked it out when I got home. A few things needed to be addressed before I would sign off. After a few texts with Jr from All American, they were taken care of the very next day after my install which was a SUNDAY. The very first night after the install we got over an inch of rain! The gutter guards worked as advertised. Overall, I’m very pleased with the quality of the product and the ease of working with my salesman and the install supervisor. Time will tell exactly how good the gutter guards work. My 2 giant oak trees and my neighbors maple will definitely put them to the test. I’m looking forward to NOT cleaning my gutters ever again.

I had my gutter guards installed six years ago. Never had an issue until one day I was on a ladder and saw they had buckled. I called and they sent someone out within a week. Due to miscommunication, the person did not let me know they were at my house and therefore didn't check the others I couldn't reach. Megan provided the best customer service I've experienced in a while. She was on top of it and made sure there was better communication moving forward. All of my gutters are now in good condition and I'm very impressed at the commitment they have to a customer who had them installed so long ago. Thank you to JR as well for accommodating an early arrival time today. Rest assured you'll be taken care of if you go with All American Gutter Protection!

Short version is All American Gutter Protection has not addressed warranty and install issues and has not to date resolved water flow issues or attempted to schedule a fix. They are requesting $750 more to address an issue not discovered at install. Water is flowing behind and over gutter guards during rainfall. All American Gutter Protection installed guards May 2022. Installers showed up without proper materials and had to reschedule. A long piece of gutter fell from 30 ft off the roof during install. The seams were not sealed as promised because of rainfall. New tech returned in October to seal seams. April 2023 hard rainfall showed failure of guards to allow rain to flow into gutters. Tech indicates (after 2 no show appointments) guards are covered with debris, clears guards of debris. Also states that gutters are set too high, shingles are too short and there is no drip edge on my roof thereby preventing rain from flowing into the gutter through the guard. Hard rainfall the following weekend after guards were cleared of debris showed same issues, water flowing behind gutters, over gutters, and seams are leaking. To date, a back and forth between JR Fells the NC install manager, and Michael who works at the national branch headquarters in Ohio have failed to try and schedule repairs for the issues found by the tech in April. They want me to pay $750 more for drip edge for their guards to function properly. Michael tells me I have a roof issue not a gutter issue. Michael says they are not roofers. At install, they replaced 2 pieces of facia, and want to install drip edge which is part of the roof. Michael claims all their installers are trained, but the original installers did not see the issues that would later be found by a different tech. Jr and Michael tell me they charge to clean the guards off, but at install I was told it would be done at no charge anytime I needed it done. Over the last almost 3 weeks, I have left multiple messages on customer service voicemail as no one has answered the phone, and my calls have not been returned in the 24 hour time period that the voicemailbox indicates they will be returned. Texts to JR Fells and Michael also go unanswered for days. Meanwhile, water continues to pour between the gutters and my home, not into the gutters, during multiple heavy rainfall events the past couple weeks.

I had gutter guards installed at my home on 04/20/2023. All American Gutters is an A-1 company from sales to installation. Superb job, company deserves A+ rating.

Replace gutter on back of home approximately 1 year ago. Gutter always leaked severly on the corner joints. Noticed they had not been connected and sealed properly. Called on Wednesday to inform them of the problem that the gutter had not been installed correctly. Following week sent Salvador and Glenda out to resolve the situation. I have no trees in the back yard but you will still accumulate some debris in them from neighboring trees. Salvador spent approximately 30 minutes to clean up the gutter and another 2 hours repairing the corner by cleaning off old sealant and reapplying new sealant and adding additional screws to the joints, then checked them to ensure the weren't leaking. If the 1st installer had taken the time to make sure the joints were correctly matched and sealed then this service call would not have been necessary. I give All American Gutter Protection a 5 star rating because they DO stand behind their work. I also give Salvador and Glenda a 5 star rating for their professionalism and quality of work. If I need more gutter work I will definitely turn to All American Gutter Protection....thank you.

Best decision I made. I really enjoyed how they demonstrated how the other products work and seeing how their gutter protection works. You know what your getting before the rain comes. They were on time and very communicative throughout the progress. The installer even let me know that my outdoor faucet was leaking.

It went well. The only complant I have is I was supposed to be sent a receipt and a leaf blower attachment. I havent received either.
