+ -1 moreEmailed request for quote and this was returned relatively quickly. I followed up w/ a phone call and scheduled the work for the afternoon of 12/24. I followed up w/ emailed directions to my home and asked for info concerning their insurance policy (which was touted in their advertising with the words, JUST ASK US). No email response. I called the next day (now the date that the work was scheduled) and the person taking the call said that they were behind on email, but they would get back to me, and that we were still on schedule for that day. They never showed up at all! I called once more late in the day but no one answered. I left a message. I never heard from them again. I won't be trying to use their services again!!
Description of Work: I contacted this company for a quote on a small moving job. Needed to move a treadmill down from the 2nd floor, and move an elliptical machine up to the 2nd floor.
