ROSS WINDOWS

Fantastic Company!! Mr. Ross is a delight to work with and his installers are the best! Out of all the remodeling we have ever done we are the most delighted with our new windows. Mr. Ross offers a great product at a great price. I learned of his company thru several neighbors and they were just as delighted. You cannot go wrong with Ross Window Company.

I called Mr. Ross and the same day he came out to measure windows and show his product. Windows came in 3 months and were installed in 2 days by 3 really good installers. We got a quality job for a great price.

Great job.. finished my windows in 2 days. I had contacted another company that was way overpriced and wanted me to wait close to a year.. these guys got my windows in less than 3 months and were very nice. I love my windows!

Windows were not installed properly. Windows were not screwed in nor did they caulk our windows. We had to hire another contractor to finish their job. We can hear and feel the wind coming through our new windows. We asked the company to replace the flashing as well but the owner refused. Owner will not return phone calls. They were late, left a mess and the owner is rude and has a foul mouth. Wouldn't recommend them.

Ross Windows did * NOT * use any FLASHING in the installation. 4 years later, we have damaged sheet rock and window frames. Large gaps inside frame - around windows. Owner K. Ross told my husband "filler" is not used as it "pushes" on the windows. (Wrong. There is Window and Door filler foam.) No frame holding windows in. Windows held in by 4 nails. Covered the shoddy installation with cheap looking white metal trim. Hired contractor to fix - and he is doing QUALITY work. Ross was in and out like a NASCAR Pit Crew - using crowbars and breaking existing trim to remove our old windows. What a nightmare.

The service was excellent from the first moment Tony arrived to give us a free estimate and through installation a couple of weeks later. These folks are pros and take customer service seriously. We've not had any problems with the windows in the 4 years we've had them. Cleaning them is a breeze! Today, we're calling them back out to finish replacing windows in our basement and garage.

The measured incorrectly for one window, and 1/2 way through the job they said that the quote that they had given us, would not pay for everything that needed to be done. The workers were amazing but the sales guy was not, and the owner would not stand behind the quote.
