We are extremely pleased with RAM Tree Service LLC. After Hurricane Helene, we had aavery dangerous situation where a huge tree twisted at its base and partially fell over our 103 year old house in Montreat, NC., resting precariously in another tree. We contacted three reputable tree services. All three said the job was extremely dangerous as the tree could fall on the house at any moment. RAM Tree Service LLC was the only company who considered taking the job, as using bucket trucks and/or cranes was not an option. We observed them for many hours as they worked. Their equipment was top notch and in excellent condition. Safety was their primary concern for themselves, our property, and the surroundings. After setting the rigging for each stage of the removal, they confirmed repeatedly with each other what safety checks were in place. RAM Tree Service LLC removed the tree flawlessly with no damage to our house or property, nor to the surrounding neighbors’ properties. They handled the tree issue as delicately as they handled some unassociated outside contractors on another property who did not represent the helpful spirit of our Montreat neighborhood. We recommend them heartily for their thorough and professional work at a more than fair price considering the difficulty of this job

We needed several trees taken down on our property. Ron gave us a good quote and did the job within a few days. He removed the trees and cleaned up the area around the trees. Excellent to work with. We had them come back to take down more trees after Hurricane Helene. Even though no trees hit the house, there were some that may cause some damage in the next big wind storm.

Buddy and Ron did an awesome job of removing the tree off of my car. Great guys and great service.

Cat Rescue! We have a cat that we are temporarily fostering. She decided to climb 30 feet or more up a big pine tree. People kept telling us that we shouldn't worry she will come down on her own. After 4 days and some cold nights we realized that she was getting weak and had no intentions of coming down. So early on a Sunday morning I contacted RAM Tree service and asked if they could climb a tree to rescue the cat. They graciously agreed to help us out and were at my home in less than an hour. I was quite the sight watching him climb the ropes on a nearby tree and swinging over into the pine tree to rescue the cat. In an hours' time they had completed the task. They are an extremely nice couple who went above and beyond to help us out. I would not hesitate to hire them for help with any tree problem i might have in the future.

What a great tree person. An absolute easy experience. I was worried about the size of my trees(huge) and the electric line in the path of removing the tree as well as it's 10 feet from the side of my home. They were able to do everything promised and more. I would recommend them to anyone. Courteous and conscientious.
