 + -1 moreI doubt I will deal with Patriot Flooring in the future after the lack of professionalism and the poor customer service.
Description of Work: I contacted Patriot Flooring asking about the price and time line to install a CVS tile floor. The price was pretty over priced for just installation since I had already bought the tile. I asked about ordering the glue and sealer needed for the tile. The employee took the information and was suppose to call back with a price and when it could be ordered. I placed a call and left a message after a week with no contact. The message was never answered and no one ever got back to me on either the glue or the sealer. It was pretty much a case of if you don't buy their tile and have them do the installation, Patriot Flooring is not really interested in dealing with you.

 + 0 morewe were extremely pleased with the company be puncitual and doing everything they had said they would. They also cleaned up all scraps and any excess was given to us.
Description of Work: the individuals arrived at the appointed time and install two rooms fo carpet. Acting in a professionsl manner and did an excellent job of instalation. Thhiis is the second time we have had them install anything. kThe previous time the installed hardwood flooring in one room.

 + 0 moreWe chose them even thought they are not located in Lenoir because they are locally owned, its a family owned business, and we want to support our local businesses. They are one of the best. He did a beautiful job. They are really gorgeous floors. They came out to the house to get accurate measurements and give us an estimate. He gave us a written down estimate and gave us a few extras such as molding for it--he just went ahead and did it. We thought the estimate was reasonable. We had other estimates that were a little higher, but the workmanship was beautiful. We're actually bringing them back to put in wood floors for the rest of the house.
Description of Work: They moved furniture, removed carpeting, laid hard wood floors and they did a beautiful job.
