+ -1 moreAs we had an older home, Bobbie advised that we have the home inspection done prior to the sale. Great advice as it answered many buyers questions. and allowed us to address all issues that the inspector found. We had a very active showing schedule with positive reviews.
Description of Work: We found Bobbie McCombs as the agent for the home we wished to buy. She provided excellent advice and guidance, making the experience smooth and pleasant. We recruited her to be the agent for our former home. We are in a slow/ nearly dead housing market, yet with her guidance/advice, we were able to sell the home in two months. We were very pleased with her knowledge of the market, professional contacts and selling experience. We do not plan for anymore moving in the near future, but we would gladly use Bobbie McCombs again.

+ -1 moreWe were originally located in another part of the state. We heard of a good school for our son, so we checked into getting him enrolled there. Once we found out we could get in, we put our house on the market. Once our house finally sold (after school had started), the school was nice enough to allow us to start late, so our son transferred schools. We worked with Bobbie over the phone in the beginning. She meet us on weekends and showed us houses and gave us information on the area. Once we decided on the house, she worked with us to send in a good offer, and once it was accepted, she got everything rolling. As I said before the seller was a bit of a pain. Bobbie dealt with this and the not so cooperative other real estate company in very professional manner. She got things accomplished, even though they made it difficult on her at times. Bobbie got us in the house we wanted at the price we wanted. What more could you want from an agent. Well, with Bobbie, you get a WHOLE lot more.
Description of Work: We worked with Bobbie McCombs. She was friendly, professional and went WAY out of her way for us. We dealt with a seller who to say the least thought his time was MORE important than anyone else's. Bobbie stayed after his agent and him to get things back that we needed. She found us local people who were as friendly as her, when we needed other services. She provided us loads of information on the area we were moving into. This transition would have been a lot tougher without Bobbie. I don't think we can ever thank her enough.

Description of Work: Dealt with Starla Hoke ... can't say enough about her. Knowledgable, efficient, personalble, and very honest. Did the transaction on the house and now we use her exclusively for land and other properties. Wouldn't go to ANYONE else because nobody ever came close to her professionalism and hard working ethic.
