+ -1 moreI couldn't be happier with Joseph's Plumbing. Joseph is very articulate and knowledgeable. He explains every step of what he is doing and why he is doing it. Very thorough. I would certainly call Joseph's Plumbing again for my home and will spread the word to my neighbors and friends.
Description of Work: My well stopped working. Joseph flushed out the lines, replaced a broken gauge and the bladder tank that stopped working. I was not happy with the original sediment replacement filters I had to purchase every few months so he suggested a centrifugal sand separator. No replacement filters are needed with this system. I just turn a knob and it drains out accumulated sediment. The cost of the new sediment separator will pay for itself in short order.

+ -1 moreThought I had a hot water element gong bad but Joseph discovered the temperature setting was low. Cranked it up and now I'm enjoying long hot showers. Joseph is extremely knowledgeable about all things plumbing. The local Ace Hardware refers their customers to Joseph which is how I learned of him and have used him twice. Only complaint is punctuality - he was both times a bit late and the last time he took a call from someone else where he was past due. The wait was well worth it since he could have created a repair but was honest and explained everything almost as if I was a student and he was teaching a course in plumbing.

+ -1 moreJosephs plumbing is a wonderful business. He is very polite, kind, and intelligent. He communicates clearly about the plumbing issues, explains things very thoroughly and fixes the problem quickly. We have already asked him to come back and repair some other minor repairs around the house.
Description of Work: We had hired another plumber from the area. He came in and assessed our situation. We had a huge clog that started in our sink and had migrated under the floor. Repairs were going to be very expensive so we got a second opinion. We called Joseph and he came to assess our situation. He was able to go outside and find our clean out valve. He worked on it diligently for many hours. Come to find out we have 20 feet of backup sludge from 35 years of living in our home. Anyway, he fixed the problem. We were overjoyed. We had thought we were initially going to have to cut holes in the floor or run a different line due to the assessment of the first plumber. We are so grateful for Joseph plumbing!
