Environmental Water Supply

In spring of 2009, I called for routine maintenance of my water filtration system. Instead of coming himself the owner sent his son who was two hours late, obviously stoned and who proceeded to flood my basement and leave the water off when he left. Unfortunately, he also left the bypass of the filtration system on which I did not discover for six months or so. Damage to my plumbing ran around $200, but when I called Kent Thompson and complained he came up and stated that the filtration tanks were shot and that was the cause of the damage (Not corroborated by my plumber!) and offered me a "deal" on replacement. Since I needed water, I agreed. Today, I am having Culligan install a system to rectify the fact that one tank does nothing at all and to provide additional filtration to remove a dangerous level of nitrates in the water - EWS never tested the water! Overall, this is about the worst service I have ever encountered and I am particularly upset that no responsibility was taken for the incompetence of the son in the first place.
