Communications via email and by phone with Christine to define and coordinate the job details were always pleasant and useful. By the time I decided to give them the job, I knew exactly what all the job details were and what to expect. Christine was present during the job and worked right along with the rest of the crew. Her being there facilitated answering any questions that arose on my part or on hers. They arrived on the date planned, worked all day that day and the next removing the old roof and installing the new roof, taking care to remove all the debris from removal of the old roof. They planned the work so that there was never a part of the house without some roof covering, whether old or new. They worked as a team with each person having a particular role that was synchronized with the roles of the other workers enabling the job to go at a fast, smooth pace. Because the fascia trim material was not available during the initial roof installation, they returned a few days later, as planned, to get the last of the trim job done. If you want fair price, good communications, and excellent workmanship, use these people.

They did a great job. They were very punctual, and they stuck with the job all week. Sometimes you find roofers take off, and go to another job, but they stayed the whole week. They were clean too. We hardly knew that they had been there.

They did the work in a timely manner and there were excellent.

They purchase materials from us. We have not had anyone call and complain about them. Always pay their bill.

Everything went great very punctual and fast. During tear off a couple pieces of siding broke on house they repaired the damage without question. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM ANY JOB.

We have used them several times on different projects and they have always been very good. I would recommend them because they are reasonably priced, stick to their estimate and do quality work.

Called in October...service provided in January. Asked to have a large rotting and leaking beam replaced on underside of roof, and also needed a rubber roof replaced on flat section of roof. Beam had to be handmade since house is 174 years old. This part was very well done. However, when beam was replaced the leak was still there though not as bad. Still have it to this day until I find another roofer.... Also, I had to tell roofer they had to paint metal flashing that was placed along beam since they were going to leave it in silver metal. I said "no way." Called back to tell them roof still leaked and they said I had not mentioned a leak to them!! So, I told them they would have to come out and make it good. They brought some kind of thick, clear glue and ran it all along the roof area and along my window sills in thick globs to "waterproof" it. It looks unbelievably bad, and my house is an historic home---174 years old. Not happy...the willingness to work was there, and they came out to do work in ice and snow. I admire their work ethic, but not their product.
