He left old clips and screws laying in the yard. I paid to have fascia boards replaced as needed and none were. There were vines growing on house around gutters and they put up the new gutters around the vines. They will not call me back. I don't see how they are even still booking jobs. The first big rain that the gutters made the gutters fall. Poor customer service and poor work.

This provider does not respond to calls, they do not do follow up. They did a very poor job and now have to find another roofer to fix their work.

C&C Roofing installed a metal roof on my rental double -wide home last October. They responded to the job almost immediately but did a somewhat shoddy job. Overall the roof looks good and functions great. No leaks. They also installed gutters. My problem was that vents were not replaced, very rough ends and sharp edges on roof and nails and fasteners littering yard and roof. My biggest problem was that the ends were not fastened down and overhanging up to an inch to 2 inches. This left an over flap that was like a sail and was ready to be blown off at any strong wind. Several contractors commented on the less than stellar work. I contacted the owner several times and expressed my displeasure and was reassured he'd take care of it as he had work in the area. I only wanted the end tacked down so the wind couldn't blow it off. Called again as recent as a month ago and was told he had a crew in the area and they would come by and take care of it...it would only take 10 minutes. No show and no repair. A contractor I hired to do inside repairs and painting offered to finish the job as it bothered him to see such unprofessional work and agreed that if the wind caught it, it would blow off. The roof is now secure. I hate to leave such a negative review but that's what Angie's List is for. Mr. Chapman is a nice man but I think he has too many irons in the fire to take care of customer's needs...especially after he's been paid.
