WILLIAM'S FLOOR COVERINGS

We had a water leak in our summer home that went undetected for some time. The damage included The hardwood floors in one bedroom and the entire open living area of our home. We found Williams Flooring on Angie's List and included them in the 4 local businesses that we visited. William was knowledgeable and explained the pros and cons of engineered wood vs. solid hardwood, and simplified the selection process. He came to our home promptly and made every effort to get the materials as soon as possible from the warehouse. He exceeded that date by almost a week (which was very important to us because we had family coming to visit and expected a full house). William and Jimmy, worked with our claims adjuster to negotiate a budget for the job. The installers were respectful and courteous and did a great job over a 3-day period, barely scratching our woodwork. They even worked on Saturday to finish. William stopped by every day to check on progress. We have hired Williams to return and install hardwood on the stairway landings. We would definitely recommend them.

Sub contractors installed and did an excellent job, were prompt, friendly and professional. Their price was the best of 3 quotes. I will do business with them again and have been handing out their business cards.

Came on time and worked steadily until the job was finished, which took about 3days. Did an excellent job. Cut all flooring on the porch and did not create any sawdust mess inside. Cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day and disposed of scraps and boxes. I received excellent service and a fair price and I will definitely use William's Flooring again.

If Choo, their installer, is used, he is the greatest and most professional.
