+ -1 moreIf focused, he does good work. Very difficult to get his crew on site to perform work. Had to threaten to pull the project to get completion. Did assign non-roofing work to another contractor. Lot's of excellent ideas, but easily distracted.
Description of Work: Replaced roof with metal roof. Repaired structural damage and rot.

+ -1 moreMr. Maddox and crew met and exceeded all expectations. All aspects of work from no surprises regarding work to an excellent completed job. I was probably hyper-vigilant due to the fact that I have had bad experiences with roofers in the past, and I did not know Mr. Maddox and his company.
Description of Work: Removed 2 levels of old asphalt shingles and replaced with new asphalt shingles.

+ -1 moreRick Maddox did a really good job, which was a relief to us since no other roofers even returned our phone calls. He said he would find the leak and fix it for good, and that is just what he did. He explained in detail what he was going to do to repair the roof prior to doing the work and quoted the price before he touched anything. He even did an additional repair for us at no extra charge.
Description of Work: Had a leaky roof where sun room was added to house. Could not figure where water was coming in. Rick, of Maddox Metal Roofing, got on the roof and in just a few minutes knew where the water was getting in. Fixed roof in just a few hours and waited more than a week to collect the money to ensure we had no other problems. He additionally repaired the damage to the sun room roof, where a branch had hit it, at no additional charge. He is prompt and fair priced, and he does good work.
