Description of Work: Hired to lay tile in kitchen, laundry room, pantry foyer, half bath and two full baths. Arrived when scheduled and did a beautiful job. I have used JK Ellingsworth for tile for other houses and would not even consider using anyone else. I like that I can purchase tile elsewhere, if I want to , and they will pick up the tile from the supplier on the day the job begins and then install (and they provide all material necessary for installation. They also carry a complete line of tile in their showroom.

Description of Work: They installed our flooring. Their installers were very professional. However, they didn't glue down the vinyl saying that they were afraid that if they did, when the weather changed, it might pull up the vinyl. When I called to have them come back again (3rd time)to fix the ripples, I was told that they no longer worked with Lowes. I'm upset with them because they said that they would come back and fix any problem that I had with the vinyl and/or carpet. We did the entire house! Don't they guarantee their workmanship whether they are working with Lowes or not? Hmmm!
