Caleb has done several jobs for us, large and small. We have always been impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and craftsmanship. This job was no different. In just a few hours, he installed pvc railings for our front porch, making a huge improvement in the safety and curb appeal of our home. Our new retaining wall with pavers along the driveway looks great. Caleb came by soon after our initial call and provided an estimate in a timely manner, communicated well about all aspects of the job and was transparent and honest regarding the costs associated with the project.

The new dock looks great! Caleb raised it about 6 inches and replaced the pilings and stringers and installed a composite vinyl dock with hidden screws.

We had a significant leak from a hot water heater. Innovation Renovation completed the demo following a restoration company cleanup, replace drywall in the water heater closet, replaced OSB in the garage, and then installed LVP flooring and an underlayment in the great room/kitchen. The work was beautifully done and cleanup was complete. Caleb was very professional, responded quickly to our request for an estimate, and arrived to do the work when he promised. He even went above and beyond by helping move furniture and replacing a damaged board he noticed on our deck.
