Stay away from this company! They took advantage of a single mother, they gave her a quote for $21,000 for duct work replacement, 3 different air conditioner companys gave her estimates both for under $200.00 they said that’s crazy and unprofessional. at the end we used busy bee ac company and they fixed it for $175.00! Customer service is definitely not professional and a bunch of liars. The BBB will hear about this.

Their quality is great they just don’t communicate. They professional and they are very good at what they do, but you have to stay on top of them, you have to keep calling them. Once they are on the way out, they are coming but if they say they will get back to you they are really bad at that. They are very poor communicators.

I will use them from now on. I compared them to other companies and they were very comparable. Good quality. We did it over some days we were gonna be out of town and they actually showed up before we left and they were concerned about that but it was alright and they just worked around us for a little bit.

Description of Work: My AC quit working in the heat of the summer. They came out the same day I called (Friday) and corrected the problem by replacing a blown fuse. I had to pay an $85 service fee call (which I understand) but they could have charged me anything they wanted. They have earned my trust.

Description of Work: Heat pump making clicking noise and short cycling 4 or 5 times before running properly. Came the next morning after I called. Replaced 3 parts. Unit now works perfectly. Service call charge is reasonable but mark-up on parts is 6 to 8 times the actual cost of the part, which I think is high. That said, they know what they are doing and got the job done promptly. I will use them again.

Description of Work: I showed tech problem or in this case let him hear the problem. He then found the issue and changed out the part and I now have a quiet air conditioning unit. Ahhhhhhh
