Beachview II Auto Service has provided full automotive service to its customers since the 1950's. Wayne and Sonia Lewis, and their friendly employees still believe in the timeless, old-fashioned way of service—taking care of their customers personally. To better serve the citizens of Morehead City and the greater area, Beachview II Auto Service relocated during 2010, and is now celebrating a successful automotive service in their new location. Wayne, Sonia, and their employees sincerely care about helping their customers with their automotive needs. They are committed to providing honest, courteous, quality service and offer very competitive pricing. This has kept their customers coming back for over 40 years. Enjoy a very nice waiting area while your vehicle is being taken care of, or use the night drop box for your convenience. Experienced technicians are on staff and ready to serve you with all your automotive needs. Beachview II offers all brands of tires. Out the door pricing includes mounting, balancing, new weights, new valve stems, tax, disposal, and free rotations every 5,000 miles. There are no hidden fees. Description of Work: Beachview II technicians replaced the timing belt and water pump in my 2001 Volvo. I brought the car in the morning and they had it repaired by 5:00 pm. as they had promised. The car runs great. I drive it about 200 miles a week. It currently has 165,000 miles on it. BeachView II does all the work on our 4 cars.

Response from Beachview II Auto Service
Further information regarding the service provided and the price charged. Total invoice and amount paid was $646.25. Breakdown as follows: $424.61 related to tune-up (included 6 spark plugs, set ignition wires, fuel filter, BG 44K fuel treatment and labor to install parts and clean throttle body). $104.75 was charged for EVAP system leak related diagnosis and repairs, (included smoke test & clamp), $34.50 was to repair a cab bolt to eliminate noise when turning right and $69.00 was charged to repair the driver's side door actuator. As you can see, the vehicle was brought in for more than just the tune-up. Glad the vehicle is running good.

Beachview II owner Wayne Lewis picked out the tires for my jeep. They were the highest rated in Consumer Reports. In addition, they gave me a choice of replacement shocks and basically recommended the shocks in the middle of the price range. They also did a 4 wheel alignment of the vehicle. The service was completed in half a day. The Jeep rides and drives better than it did when it was new.
Description of Work: My Jeep needed new tires, shocks and alignment.

The people are friendly and they are reasonably priced. They are prompt; I go up there and wait for my car. They are quick and I would not be going back if I did not like everything that they do.
