+ -1 moreOne lame excuse after another! They actually showed up the day after they were dispatched by our warrenty company, in fact they cashed the deductible check the next day, then I had to call them to get updates, they never called me with an update! Then after two weeks into the deal they (again I had to call) told me that they had to order the parts and it would take another week. Well, that week came and went, STILL NO PARTS! I had my warrenty company call them, they told the warrenty company that the parts would need to be reordered! Finally the warrenty company referred our work order to another company, we never heard from the Appliance Service Co again.
Description of Work: They were contracted by our warrenty compnay to repair our dishwasher.
