fireplaces, gas leak repair
 + 0 moreThey were very responsive and very polite. I called them at the height of the coldest weather we'd had just before the holidays. They came very quickly, it wasn?t the next day but it was within a week, which was very reasonable considering the time of the year. They did an excellent job. We haven't yet gotten a bill. We would absolutely use them in the future.
Description of Work: We used Amerigas to fix our fireplace. Our gas fireplace was difficult to light and then it would not stay lit. They came out to troubleshoot and then ended up cleaning some of the elements and blowing out the line and it works beautifully.

propane sales
 + -1 moreAmerigas is still trying to bill me for a final bill, but refuses to prorate my unused tank rental of 9 months or more? Just continuing to try and gouge the customer when American families need it the least.
Description of Work: When I recieved a delivery at $2.89 per gallon and gas at the pump was $1.67 I knew something was fishy. When Jenkins gas pulled up days later to fuel my neighbors home, I asked the delivery driver what their propane was running.....answer....$1.76...Amerigas gouged me for $1.22 per gallon on 93 gallons.....in addition, they cahrge $75 per year for a tank rental, which was waived by Jenkins. If you are using Amerigas you need to pick up the phone and call Jenkins or Mallard and see what youre getting stuck for...then deal with the sickening feeling in your stomach of for how long has it been going on??
