This has been a small, family-operated business since 1999, with a history of specialization in the irrigation industry for more than 20 years. This is not a "jack-of-all-trades" company that cuts your grass, aerates your lawn, and replaces an occasional sprinkler head. Instead our focus is in maintaining and repairing residential irrigation systems, as well as installing and maintaining landscape lighting. That's all we do! Our excellent reputation among other professionals in the landscaping industry is super! We often get client referrals from landscape contractors that are "stumped" with an irrigation repair. Description of Work: Made an appointment with me and did not show up. When I called him he was extremely rude and unprofessional and said it was outside his control because his plans changed and he never took my phone number. He took my number and allegedly put it in his call log. If someone is not responsive during the sales process, what should I expect from him once he gets the work? Buyer beware.

Very well: I have used Heavenly Rains for sprinkler system maintenance for 5 - 6 years. Ron is very knowledgeable. Offers options. Very busy in Spring with customers opening systems. He keeps his appointments.
Description of Work: Repair and replace sprinkler heads in front and side lawns; set up for season.

They gave excellent service. As a realtor, I use Ron Beach often. It was a treat to use heavenly rains for my personal home. They were efficient, prepared, on time and finished the job same day.

My experience with them was fantastic. They have been out here six or seven times. They are very professional. I can't say enough about that guy. His name is Ron Beach.
