The lady I worked with for my bathroom counter was very nice to deal with. Due to faulty material and then a replacement top that was finished improperly the third time they came out with a counter that was an inch shorter in height. The short height exposed damaged wall areas that had to be repaired. I paid my contractor to fix the wall and repaint due to Granite Works error. I asked the GW installer to have the owner call; he said he would but it didn’t happen. I think they are good people but kind of let my job fall through the cracks.

Nick and his team were extremely professional and efficient with our granite cutting project. I would highly recommend using Granite Works for future projects.
