The only issue we had recently was one of the inside security tabs broke. They sent someone within a week. Very nice person. I was caught in traffic and he waited 10 minutes for me to get home. He replaced the security tab in under 30 seconds. Asked if we were happy with the windows, told him we were. They don't give the energy savings they claim, but the house stays a more comfortable temperature and the outside noises were diminished dramatically."

I called several times after three months to get an update but got zero response. Left messages and sent emails with no response. I finally got through to the national number by selecting the option to book an appointment for a sales call. I was redirected to the service department, and the rep said someone would call me back. Again, no response. They already charged me for the windows; otherwise, I would cancel the order."

They re-hung a 50 lb mirror in my bathroom that had fallen off the wall after 30 years of hanging there by "tar/glue". They also replaced a shower head that had begun to leak and I have no leak now! They were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves better than I do. I will definitely call on them for my next Honey Do list item. Please call them for your home needs."
