 + 0 moreEverything went very well. The initial consultation helped us to understand what needed to be done. When it came time for the work to be done, the old unit was replaced with the new tankless. Also, John, who helped us, made sure that other issues in the house were taken care of, to ensure peak efficiency, and longevity of the new unit.
Description of Work: We needed replacement water heater for our home. Since the unit was located on the second floor we had decided to get a tankless water heater to reduce the risk of water spilling out and causing damage.

I was very impressed with the person and the work for the following reasons: - explained all the options regarding the repair as well as the water heater - advised preventative actions that will save money in the long run - taught me at the water meter how to tell if a leak exists - discounted me several hundred dollars due to a scheduling glitch - called water remediation company on my behalf once we could see the water damage behind the sheetrock - used copper instead of Pex for some critical pipe runs, which is harder to find today (see picture) - was meticulous about his work area and cleaning up after himself You could tell John G. took pride in is work. As the owner he needs to, and it showed. Any future plumbing or water heater needs will be with Water Heater Experts.
Description of Work: I noticed a small leak behind my hot water heater in the garage. Figuring I should replace the 13 year old hot water heater at the same time I called Water Heater Experts.

Description of Work: He installed a tankless hot water heater and removed our old one from the attice. Inaddition to that, he also did extensive repiping for the location of our new unit. All of the connections are done very professionally amd look very clean.
