+ -1 moreTHEY ARE VERY KIND. THEY CHARGE A LITTLE TOO MUCH. USUALLY WHEN YOU LOOK AT A HOUSE THEY GIVE YOU ESTIMATES OF WHAT THE HOUSE WOULD COST, BUT THEY DIDN'T DO THAT. THEY HAVE VERY CHEAP CONSTRUCTION.
