I am also in the business to service customers and I know how important customer reviews can be. I moved on August 4th into a new apartment and I used two men and a truck in Fort Mill. After 7 long hours of up and down the stairs and setting up new apartment, the first thing the driver did was have me sign a waiver of liability. Seemed to be the priority and now I know why. Once they left I started noticing chips in my furniture, especially my 1932 French Art Deco bedroom set. Several pieces had scratched and chipped in the move. Then two days later when cable came to set up my TV they screen had been cracked. I did not notice this because it was on the inside of the screen and it would have been impossible for me to see until the tv was turned on. Way after the signing of the waiver. When I got into bed that first night my bed wobbled because the frame was not put together properly and the one guy told me that my dryer vent was wrong and could not connect my dryer. This turned out to be untrue, I think he just did not want to be bothered. I would highly NOT recommend this company. Upon contacting them about a $300 TV they told me to check my waiver.... Such bad customer service, word of mouth is much worse than a 300 bill.

Very smoothly. Only criticism would be to .pdf the "Moving Services Agreement" and the "Addendum to Uniform Household Goods Bill of Lading"and attach to the pre-move estimate email. It would be helpful to read these documents at my convenience before signing.
