Good! They were on time and professional.

They arrived just before I left for work. When I got home after work all work was completed. You wouldn't known they were there if it wasn't for the 2 trees being gone and trees trimmed. Almost impossible get to my backyard. Did very good job cleaning up afterwards. Most importantly wife was worried about trimming the trees to much in the frontyard. She was impressed and happy with the way the trees were trimmed. Top to Bottom will be my go to tree company for now on.

They came out took the tree down and cleaned up the area. I was very impressed with the quality of work they did. Would definitely hire again. For the work they did they came in $1000-$2000 cheaper than the other companies we had come out.

Alan's crew was very efficient and professional. They were on time and delivered exactly as promised. They very quickly removed the damaged trees, ground stumps. and removed all debris from the property. They left the work site cleaner than they found it. Highly recommended.

All members of the team were polite. They were on time. They worked efficiently and we're done in 4 hours. They cleaned the entire area before leaving.

My wife and I were very satisfied with the service Alan and his team provided on removing a very large tree from our yard. They not only took down the tree from top to bottom, they left the area clean. You couldn't even tell a tree had been there. The stump was completely removed too. I think you too will be happy with the service provided.

Responded promptly to call. came after normal business hours to review and provide cost for services needed. Was able to remove the tree the next day. Team came in on time and did the work in a safe and efficient manner. Clean up made the yard look better than before they arrived.

Allen came out the morning after a pretty big storm in Mooresville. He was the only tree service who answered after I called the night before, and I'm glad he was. Not only did he arrive 15 minutes early, he had already started assessing the situation before I could get to the door. He told me the job would be easy, but took the time to make sure I was informed about what caused the limb to snap, as well as future concerns I will eventually have because of the type of tree we have & ivy we have growing. I really appreciated that he wanted us to know what might happen, given our particular situation and tree. The job itself took a matter of minutes with his chipper & truck, and he cleaned up the leaves that had fallen. He was a total professional.

It was an excellent experience! Being new to the area I was so glad to have gotten great & timely service by such a hard working and polite team of professionals. I am looking forward to using this co. Again this fall to landscape more of my property I highly recommend Alan Barnhardt and his company
