Description of Work: Tidd's did a repair job on a leaking roof. Replaced rotted sheathing and shingled. Cleaned up and carried away the mess. Great job at a fair price.

Poorly.
Description of Work: We contacted Tidds to repair a water problem which we believed was being caused by water gutter. Jermey Tidds came out evaluated the problem and gave us an estimate which was $390.00 to fix. They repaired it we thought, paid them, and then after the first rain it still leaked. Called many times, but they finally came out 2 more times. The 4th time, they spent more time, and stated that they needed to do more extensive work, and gave me an estimate of another $845.00 to fix it. I said that they should subtract the first payment. They refused, I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau in Huntersville, NC. They are not trust worthly, and I'm not sure they understand roofing etc.. I do not recomment them.
