 + -1 moreThe whole process could not have gone better. I saw him remove panels switch plates...etc and you could not tell he had been there when he left.. not a scratch anywhere. I recommend Kevin and his company The House Detective of the Carolinas without hesitation!
Description of Work: Kevin did a complete home inspection for me on a home I am purchasing. He spent aprox 3 and 1/2 hrs inspecting the property. He said he was thorough... believe me he is. he brought attention to items that ..not urgent or deal breaking still should be addressed in a timely manner. He is very pleasant and took time to explain all aspects of his inspection and to answer all questions I had. He is very courteous and makes sure he wears protective shoe covers and plastic gloves and also wore coveralls in the crawl space. While testing plumbing areas he made sure any water was dripped, was cleaned up. He is very respectful of the seller's home. Kevin also preformed a water quality test as asked for an additional $120.00
