Description of Work: Repaired loose grout in shower enclosure, cleaned and sealed grout in the whole master bath area. We also had them clean and re-seal the tiled back splash area in the kitchen as well as clean and re-seal the granite countertop. Good experience overall. We were well pleased with their professionalism, quality and prompt service.

He was very professional, knowledgeable and gave us a very reasonable price on the work he did.I give him a 5 star rating and would recommend Mike Reed, The Grout Doctor, Concord, N.C. to all. My husband and I are very pleased with the work done.
Description of Work: corrected grout imperfections, laid ( small ) tile design center of kitchen, partial regrouting and stained old grout so as to have uniform color throught out tiled area(kitchen,utlilty,kitchen dining area, hallway and formal dining area.

Description of Work: I called The Grout Doctor because I had tile in my kitchen that had become loose and grout in other areas that had cracked. We had already purchased the grout and they said that they would use our grout if we wanted them to but that they liked to use another product that adheres to the grout that is already there. It worked in all of the areas except one. To their defense I didn't call them back because I believe that the loose tile needs to be taken up to find out what the problem is. They might actually do that but it seemed to me that they were more about patching rather than repairing.
