Stump Grinders just did an extensive tree removal job for me and they were excellent! Probably removed a total of 10 very large trees. Their price was extremely fair and I will definitely be using them again the next time I need some trees removed. Wayne Smith, the owner, is one of the finest men I know and his tree service skills are of the highest quality. His crew were also very skillful and professional and together with Wayne - they made a great team.

The entire job was a very positive experience for me. Dave, the owner, called me within a couple of hours of my contacting them. He gave me an estimate the same day and began two days later, exactly when he said he would. The work was well done, and my yard looks much better now. Before they left, Dale walked me through everything they'd done and gave me some good advice on what to do in the future. Both Dave and Dale seem to be willing to minimize the amount of heavy chemicals and use what is already available, as I always prefer for anything being done in my yard. No damage was done to my house, which is very close to one of the large maples that was being trimmed. The price was reasonable, the work was excellent, and they cleaned up everything before leaving. I will keep their contact information and get in touch with them if I need anything else like this done. I am happy to have found a dependable company that does what it says it's going to do, listens to me and what I need, gives me good advice about it, and follows through promptly and well.

Wayne Stump Grinding Services came out on time to remove several dead stumps and trees, remove lots of dead limbs, grind down a tree stump and clean up some underbrush. Stump Grinders Tree Service provided the best customer service! I was impressed to see how Wayne (owner) and his crew worked together as a team. All of them focused on their tasks and worked with efficiency to get the job done in a safe and timely manner.

Work was carried out in a fast and professional manner, the crew was on-site when expected and completed all required work. My yard has gone from overgrown to cleared and ready for the next project. I highly recommend this contractor and will use again without hesitation if the need arises.

Wayne responded back to my vm promptly and was extremely professional and courteous over the phone. Not sure what happened with the appointment.

Wayne called me back right away and came to give me an estimate when he said he would. He showed up with his crew on the scheduled day. Was a little late because the job before me asked him to do more than he had anticipated but he called and let me know that he was running late so that was not a problem. Got right to the task at hand when they showed up. Cleaned up and left the bill. Nice guy, crew seemed like a good team. I'd use them again and probably will have to because I have a lot of very tall thin pines in my backyard. His price was about half of the other quote I got and the third guy never showed up to give me the estimate I asked for.

Very professional. Arrived as scheduled with all required equipment . Team finished everything in less than 1-1/2 hrs. Cleaned everything up. Will use them again when needed.

Wayne promptly called me back after leaving a message regarding some old oak trees in our parking lot. We scheduled an appoitment to go over the job. He showed up the property on time and in professional manner. We went over the job and he was able to furnish a quote and schedule. They came out 930am and got to work and finished up around 430pm. They brought a bucket crane and a large chipper as the trees were very old and limbs were large to very large. I am more than pleased with the level of work and they were very professional in leaving the site clean. I would highly recommend their services! They stuck to the price and got the job done in time!

Wayne was an absolute delight to work with…extremely punctual and professional. His crew was very thorough and friendly. They arrived early and completed the job, including the addition of another stump removal, in a wonderful manner leaving our yard in better condition then they found it!

With the last ice storm several pine trees fell in my back yard. I called several tree removal services hoping to get someone to remove them. Of the 3 I called, Stump Grinder's Tree Service was the only one who got back to me in a timely manner. The girl who called explained that they were really busy due to the weather ( the same weather that created my problem) but would be out to give me an estimate. They came the following Saturday, looked over the work that needed to be done and gave me an estimate. They let me know at that time that it might be a few weeks before they could do the work but that they would do it if I wanted them to. Mr. Smith called a week later to tell me that they would be here on Monday to do the work. They arrived on time, started working and were finished with the area cleaned up within 6 hours.

Evidently there is a high demand for tree services because I had been trying to get someone to take this tree down for a while. My neighbor suggested I call Stump Grinders and they returned my call the same day. They came to look at the tree a couple of days later to give estimate and were here the next day to take the tree down. They were extremely thorough in cleanup and very professional.

They did very good work, very reasonable, cleaned up perfectly and did a real good job. They just cleaned everything up, just did everything exactly as we asked them to do and they were even better. They were very considerate, timely and they did everything very professionally. We had other estimates but their estimate was very competitive. They were right there when they said they were going to be.

They have excellent quality and a very competitive price. When they finished the project, they cleaned up after themselves. The owner, Wayne Smith is present on every job and monitors the workers to ensure that things are done properly, the job is not rushed and it is completed with safety in mind. I have hired Stump Grinders repeatedly over the years and would recommend them to anyone.

They came when promised and completed the tree removal,stump removal in a short time.They hauled away all the material and took care not to damage any landscaping. I have used this company several times with great experience every time.

Things went well. I called to ask for a quote. Wayne came on time and gave a reasonable quote. They came the next day to cut down the trees. I didn't want the stumps ground up because of the proximity to buried power, cable & phone lines. They took care to not damage my driveway with heavy equipment and to drop branches, etc in a controlled manner. They were done in an hour and a half.

The company did the work soon after we agreed on the job, and the work was performed as promised. They did a good job, and we were able to negotiate additional work while they were here.

My weeping willow never fully recovered from the ice storm of 2002, and this summer, the branches sprouted almost no leaves. I have had a 7 foot stump in the front yard since 2004 since the crew that cut down the dead 100ft White Oak did not have a stump grinder. I asked Mr. Smith to look at the Maple because I was aware that it had a cavity. Mr. Smith pointed out to me that the tall limb that faced the side of my house was dead, and it was only a matter of time that it would fall over on the house, i.e., it was an accident waiting to happen. The Maple was a challenge because it was right up against my privacy fence, but Mr. Smith and his crew figured out a way to cut it down without going into the neighbor's yard and without damaging the privacy fence. Stump Grinders has all the equipment and talent needed for easy or difficult tree and stump removal. Many tree service companies cannot do both tree and stump removal. Everyone worked very hard and with a conscientious attitude.

THE CREW FROM STUMP GRINDERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. NO DAMAGE TO THE HOUSE OR LANDSCAPE DURING THE PROCESS. CLEANUP WAS DONE SO AS TO NOT EVEN KNOW THEY HAD BEEN THERE.
