Description of Work: As sometimes happens, they had an equipment breakdown on another job and had to postpone ours. Not a problem. And the next appointment was delayed because the service person was running behind schedule. We received frequent calls informing us of the delays in arrival. But the work was a bit spotty with what looked like soap streaks. A couple of weeks later the rains came and it had an consistent look again. Whatever residue was there, was washed off. We got the feeling that the young man was in a real hurry...probably because he was behind schedule or doing double duty because of broken equipment. I realize that the high power pressure cleaners can strip paint also and that happened on a couple of our window frames. OK, so maybe they needed repainting anyway. We would try the conpany again because of their good reputation and hope that this was an isolated event in an otherwise sterling record.
