Did not complete the job.
Description of Work: Booked window cleaning to be done with cleaners to arrive between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. for price of $195.00. Called the office at 2:45 and got the answering machine. Left a message. No one ever returned my call but cleaners showed up at 3:30. After about 10 minutes they told me the price had to go up to $375.00 because I have grids on the transoms over 4 doors. I did not let them complete the job.

My apologizes. When we priced over the phone we were told that you have 29 double hung windows upon arriving that was not the case. We always let you, the customer know the price will be verified upon arrival as the techs did. Grids on the windows take much more time to clean so that requires a high price.
