Squeegee Pros Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing

As good as it gets. Bought the Angies List deal via email. Set up appt in advance. Mark showed up early and was waiting in his truck when I saw him outside. Very professional. Explained to him that the Angies List deal (15 windows?) wouldn't cover the whole house. Walked room by room to count up extra cost. Agreed on price in advance. Then Mark went to work. Didn't just clean the windows inside and out. He went the extra mile and then some. Cleaned out the little tray that holds the screen on the windows. Awesome! It looks great. He takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows.

I have used numerous Angie's List providers over the years and this was by far my WORST EXPERIENCE ever. After purchasing the Angies List Big Deal I called the company to set up the appointment. Given the high volume of coupons purchased, the company told me that it would be a couple of weeks before they could schedule me, which was totally understandable. We originally scheduled the appointment on Wednesday, December 7th. I was told by the scheduler that I could expect them to arrive between 1-2pm on the day of the appointment but that the time was approximate. Since I work, I left work at 12pm and arrived home just after 12:30pm in order to ensure that I was at home in the event that the worker(s) arrived early. When I arrived home, I had a message on my answering machine which was left around 10:30am from the indivudal who would be performing the window cleaning asking if it was okay for him to come a little early. I immediately called him back but he didn't answer and his voicemail specifically said not to leave a message because his voicemail was "broken". I waited until just after 2pm and called him again. Same story, no answer and no voicemail in order to leave him a message. Finally at 3pm after no workers had arrived or called me, I called the office to inquire as to whether or not anyone would be coming out to clean my windows that day. The scheduler said that she had spoken to the cleaner that morning and that he had a cancellation and that he was hoping to get to my house earlier than expected. I told her that I didn't get his messge until I arrived home at 12:30 so unfortunately, he wasn't able to come early. She informed me that she would call him and call me right back. Approximately 30 minutes later, she did call me back to tell me that she was unable to get in touch with him and that he might be at another job and just unable to hear his phone. While I was speaking with her, she received a text from the cleaner saying that he actually had to go to the doctor for an ear infection. I told her that I had taken the afternoon off from work and that I was extremely disappointed that nobody would be coming to clean my windows that afternoon. She apologized but said that the arrival times are approximate. She said that she would talk to the manager and see if they could "work me in" before Christmas. Had I not called their office, nobody would have even called me to tell me that they weren't coming to clean my windows that day. The scheduler did call back the next day and was able to schedule something for today at 11am (Tuesday, December 13, 2011). The cleaner did arrive on time today. The cleaner was very professional, but we couldn't wait to end our experience with this company. We will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. ***UPDATE*** While I appreciate the gesture of a free window cleaning from Squeegee Pros Window Cleaning I am still disappointed that in their response it shows that I, the customer, failed to get in touch via all methods possible. When calling the technician's mobile phone, the message stated that the voicemail wasn't in working order and not to leave a mesage, and made no mention of texting. If instructions were to text instead we would have certainly done so rather that continuously try to reach the technician and contact the main office. In addition, if texting was available, why didn't the main office utilize texting as well. Instead in Squeegee Pros response, they said they were unable to reach him. I am unsure if I am willing to utilize the free window cleaning as I am afraid something like this will happen again. I will say that the window cleaning job itself was very good and the technician at our rescheduled appointment was extremely courteous and professional.

I scheduled 3 weeks ago for them to come out today, which was my day off from work. They even called yesterday to let me know they would be hear today. I called when they were late, and she said they were running late. Then called back and said that they would not be able to come out today. I lost money to take time off work for this, I will never use this company again.

I wanted them to come out before Thanksgiving to clean my windows because I was having a bunch of guests over that day. Originally, they were too booked up to work me in until closer to Christmas, but they called me back the next day saying they had a cancellation, and cleaned my windows about three days before Thanksgiving! They did an excellent job and I would certainly hire them again!

After I contacted the company, someone called back the same day. An appointment was set up for 11-9-11. Their man, Mark, came on time, washed all the windows upstairs and downstairs without problems. He washed all the screens and put them back in. He also washed the gutters. Very good job that didn't take long.

Jim, the President of Squeege Pros, contacted me via email quickly after I purchased the Big Deal to introduce himself and the company and invite me to schedule my appointment. That made a great first impression. Bill called me on the morning of my appointment 2 minutes before he was to arrive to let me know unexpected traffic was making him 5 - 10 minutes late. I thought that was very considerate. Bill arrived and we discussed the 15 windows to be cleaned. He clearly had lots of experience and know how to complete the job perfectly. He certainly went above and beyond to make the windows in my home sparkle. I have zero reservations about hiring this company again. The overall experience was fantastic.

Great job and very reasonable. After the job was completed you wouldn't know anyone was there,they kept it clean.

I’ve been very impressesed with the SqueegeePros service from the initial contact to setup the appointment to the after service follow-up. The actual person that came out to clean our windows and pressure wash was on time, friendly and did a great job. Our experience with SqueegeePros has been excellent.

I responded to a special that Angie's list was promoting and scheduled a service date with Squeegee Pros. Jim, the owner came at the time scheduled and was very professional and above all, thorough and neat. I will certainly use this company again.

Squeegee Pros was FANTASTIC! We hired them to clean the window inside and out, and they performed the job in outstanding fashion. They were on time, professional and did an outstanding job - all of these I expect from a service agency. The facet that most impressed me was the courtesy and care they provided with respect to leaving everything as it was - neatly cleanly and without any sign of anyone being there (aside from much cleaner windows). We are very impressed and appreciative, we will recommend Squeegee Pros to everyone we know!

Bill came out and was right on time. He got right to work and did a great job of cleaing the windows on both the exterior and interior of the house. I was quite pleased with the job he did and especially, the short amoutn of time it took him to do it.

I found this company on Angies Deal of the Day. I contacted them on line and they were very prompt in getting back to me. We set up a date within a weeks time. Wes was on time and was very personable. He did the job quickly and was very neat in making sure floors were not water spotted. I was very happy with the service and I would hire them again!

I was not happy. I purchased a deal of the day rather than use my normal window cleaning people. The day the work was scheduled for, the company had many problems and by 4 PM they decided that they could not get to my windows that day so from 10:00 am - 4 PM we waited for nothing. They came the following day when I had guests arriving for a big outdoor home concert. Wes was a very nice man but worked from 10:30 to 4:30 but was not able to complete all the windows and never got around to the pressure washing of the sitting areas for the concert because he had a date that evening. Wes also accidently broke a vase and offered to pay for it in which I said no becuase how do you replace something that is irreplaceable. It was a vase handmade by my deceased mother. I should have moved it but with multitasking that day, it never occured to me that maybe if something was in the line of potential disaster, they would not move it themselves just for this very reason. The "deal of the day" was no deal at all and I will remain true in the future to my normal window washers that are also Angie'sList members. So sorry Squeegee Pro's As a remark to their response, this deal was valid for 4 months. It did not happen over one weekend. When I called to schedule, they knew how many additional windows was over their limit and they charged and scheduled me as their disclaimer stated. Maybe using a new scheduling procedure would be better than taking more than 2 days to do windows that could have been done in 8 hours. My regular guys do and they are always prompt and call if there is a delay. SP did not I had to call and find out from them that they were not coming the day that they were scheduled for.

Squeegee Pros did an absolutely EXCELLENT job. Had I known I could expect such high quality work, I'd have hired them sooner! Now that I know, I plan on hiring them again in the future.

They quoted when requested, answered follow up questions promptly, scheduled as promised, arrived on time, completed job in time promised and did a great job. What else could you ask for? We will use them again.
