I actually ordered the service during an Angie's special, in June, but so many people responded that they did not actually perform the work until 2 months later. I was called promptly after ordering the service. Since my house is mostly brick (and this service specifically brick), I wanted all trim, non brick siding, windows, eaves, etc. cleaned. The house was really dirty on the outside and I'm sure it had not had any attention for years. I also wanted to be there when they did the work.The company noted my requests, and remembered them. The two gentlemen who did the work were prompt, very courteous and did an excellent, excellent job. The billing was done correctly. My only complaint is with the woman who called to make tthe appointment and who subsequently answered the phone on another call. She talks way, way too fast and runs words together so much that I truly had no idea what she was calling about. I had to ask her several times to slow down and speak distinctly. I'm on the phone all the time for work - this was not really acceptable phone manners. Other than that it was a great experience. I haven't had this type of work done before, so I don't know if the price was good, but I think it probably was.

Javier and Billy arrived at my appointed time and proceeded to wash the house. They were very careful of our garden and shrubs. They did an excellent job on my screen room which hadn't been cleaned since installed in 2002.

the downstairs windows were sparking clean, the upstairs seemed less so. still good , just not as good as the downstairs ones. overall, so much better than they had been. the young man who cleaned them was very friendly, super tidy and was a pleasure to meet.

Wes showed up on time, pressure washed the exterior multiple times, started washing exterior windows by hand. Came back the next day, early, and finished all interior windows. He did an excellent job and was a pleasure to work with.

Gentleman that came out did a great job and took pride in his work. Cleaned the porch and carefully removed all furniture pillows, pressure washed and carefully put back on. Great job and professionalism.

They not only cleaned the siding, they cleaned off the algae on my stone benches too! And talk about a perfect job!! WOW!! Just so happy with these people! What an awesome company! I had tried to pressure wash the siding myself a couple years ago and made a huge mess of it!! Nearly ruined my siding!! But these guys even fixed that!! They are wonderful! I took advantage of an Angies List coupon to hire Squeegee Pros. Apparently, they were backed up quite a bit in scheduling because it took them a long time to get out to do the job. But they did a really nice job on the house and gutters, were very professional and made an effort to get at some hard-to-remove dirt. I would definitely use them again. The lower grade for punctuality was because it took so long for them to do the work, and because they showed up at 9 a.m. when the appointment was scheduled for the afternoon.They explained that there were some cancellations that allowed them to come earlier. I would have appreciated a phone call in advance to let me know they were coming so much earlier than the appointment.

They have really high ratings, that is why I waited for a month and when I made the appointment, they had online specials. I let them know that I had double pane storm windows and I found out that the specials excluded double pane windows. I finally got in and the owner came out first, looked at all the windows, and gave me a price. He had an idea what kind of windows I had but when the workers got here, they had no idea they were coming out to do double pane storm windows. So they said they needed some kind of tool to unscrew the outside of the windows in order to clean the insides. The workers started on the inside, one of the guys left to take care of another job and by the time he got back the insides of my windows were cleaned. Then they went outside and one of the guys called me outside and showed me the window that they were trying to take out that faced the deck. He showed me that it was cracked at the top, and showed me where the frame broke. He told me that he called his boss about it and his boss asked him to stop the job, so he asked me if I wanted them to continue but they didn’t know if they could do the job. There was a miscommunication, I think. He did not sound sure, so I told him I didn’t want them to continue and what I understood was some of the windows were cleaned, and some were not. I knew I had to pay them for what they did that far. So when he gave me the price, I was surprised, it was only $75 and I thought he was giving me a discount or the specials. When I went upstairs to get my checkbook I noticed that on the outside window I had birds that had built nests and there was poop spills on the window, of course I wasn’t satisfied because I thought at least the outside of the windows were cleaned but they had not. I brought the guy in and I showed him that and asked him if they cleaned the outside. He told me that they didn’t clean any of the outside windows, they only cleaned the insides, and I was thinking I could have done that myself. The windows didn’t look clean at all. The owner had come out before and he knew exactly the kind of windows I had. If he didn’t think that he could do the job or if it was too difficult, then he shouldn't have accepted the job. I was just really dissatisfied and I didn’t pay him. I left a message on their office phone and a lady got back to me. I told her that I wasn’t satisfied and that I expected them to do the best job they could under the conditions there were, I told her they couldn't take the panes out but they could have cleaned the outside. She asked me if I wanted them to come back out and I said okay because it must have just been a misunderstanding when he was explaining to me about completing the job. However, the owner never called me back. I recently had the glass of my double pane windows replaced by another company and the person who came out to inspect told me that all they had to do was take off the rubber part around the windows to take them down and clean, instead of taking it out of the frame. He said, in all fairness to them, maybe they didn’t know that because they were not glass people, they were just window cleaners.

We used a Angies List big deal coupon to get our house pressure washed for $150, the additional $150 was for a detached garage + my house was over 3k sq ft so they had a $50 charge for that. The extras we're mentioned prior to them coming so it wasn't a surprise. I've talked to neighbors who have paid $500 for the same service on slightly smaller houses.

On time, professional, friendly. They pressure washed the house. I alerted them to fact that an outlet on the back deck shorted out the last time I had the house pressure washed. Unfortunately, the same thing happened this time, but I can't blame them. I think the outlet seal is gone.

They were supposed to arrive at 1pm, but came 1/2 hour early, since it was outside it didn't matter, and they finished in approximately 3hrs. I don't know how they could have improved on the service.

I called to schedule an appointment and they were booked for a couple months. I asked to get be called if anyone cancelled. Someone did cancel and we were scheduled within two weeks. We were out of town when they pressure washed the exterior of the home. When we got back in town, we could tell they had been there. The arbors, which had some green mold, were spotless. The house itself was fine - there were some streaks on the windows and some areas that didn't look spotless. Some plants in the back were killed due to the chemicals that were used. However, they were very apologetic and reimbursed us for the cost to replace them without any hassles. I felt the quality of their pressure washing service was fine but their customer service was excellent.

Squeegee Pros did a great job of pressure washing my very dirty house and garage. They arrived when they said they would and completed the task well.

This company is WONDERFUL!!!! This was through a special offer and we decided to take a chance and it was 100% worth the money and experience. We set the appointment up they called the day before to confirm and did the most outstanding job on pressuring washing our house. The technician arrived while I was not home. I did not meet the technician. The service was great. I arrive home at 3am, too dark to see the house, but When I walked to the door I could smell a clean soapy smell. That is how I knew they had been here.The next morning I looked over the house, and I am very satisfied with the quality of work done. The technician was unable to meet the scheduled time, but left a message explaining that he would have to come another day. He was able to complete the work the next day. I am very likely to use Squeege Pro again. I rarely power wash my house, but I would like to learn about other services the company provides. The quality and price were so good, that I may even have my home power washed more often. The overal experiece was good. I wish the tech would have called earlier to let me know he would not make the original time, but the quality of work made up for the isssue.
