Squeegee Pros Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing

We wish we had thought about before and after pictures. The house appeared to have been cleaned very well. A few inconsistencies in coloration after the fact are likely due to conditions beyond their control. We did have our faucets covered due to recent freezing temperatures. It would have been nice if those covers were not strewn about the yard after the job was completed. It would have been nice had the company followed up after the job.

They did an excellent job cleaning the gutters as well as cleaning up afterwards. They arrived on time and were very professional. Would definitely hire again, highly recommend Squeegee Pros!!

Our experience with Chris and Squeegee Pro was more than we expected--especially for my husband who insisted to me that it would not be a good job due to the price and the fact that we had put off having the work done for a few years. The house did look really bad. When Chris finished the work, my husband had to eat his words. The exterior of the house looked as if we had just painted it. We were both more than pleased and very happy. I know people are concerned about bleach being used and so was I. Chris, however, rinsed everything off after having applied the bleach and I have seen no harm to any shrubbery or plants. I did, however, have some potted plants that I covered prior to Chris' arrival just to protect them since they were potted. Chris was courteous and very professional throughout. Also, I believe Amanda was the name of the lady I spoke to at Squeegee Pro prior to doing the deal they were offering on Angie's List. She was also very helpful. I received a text message several days in advance reminding me of the appointment time and day. I even received a text message the day of the work letting me know that Chris was on the way to my home. You don't get that kind of service from many companies any more. I would definitely recommend this company.

Wanted window areas and front porch washed. When employee got there, he commented on size of house. I said I had told them I only wanted window areas and porch done. The office then called and said they would have to charge more for my house and do the whole house. I cancelled and told employee to leave. I received a refund for the money paid for the coupon.

He did an excellent job. Everything looks great. What a difference! Saved me a lot of time.

Good. Young boys. Didn't like spiders. Had a few webs that needed pulling down. Freaked a little.

It went very well. Wes was very friendly and started on the outside of the windows first. He came in and did a fantastic job on all of our windows. Made them look brand new again! I definitely recommend them.

Setting up the service was a little difficult, because the person quoting on the job missed the arranged time slot. The person who cleaned the windows did a marvelous job, though, so I've decided to forgive the earlier mistake.

The first time they came, my well did not have enough output for their equipment. They rescheduled for a later date and brought a truck with a water tank. There was no extra charge. James did a good job and actually spent more time and effort that what was expected because of the finish on the deck. The only problem was leaving mud tracks in the driveway. The driver had trouble backing into the tricky driveway and was spinning. The rain will get it.

The service was great, however they arrived maybe an hour plus sooner than expected. Which caused me to have to leave another appointment early. The pressure wash was done well, no complaints about that.

Everything went great. The house and patio look great! The communication was great, they went right to work and it looks great.

Purchased angies list coupon basically for $100 off for 15 windows. When I initially called, they said that since we did not have double hung windows that they would merely discount our job by $100. When I called today, they now said they would not honor the angies list coupon for our home and that I had to call angies list to get a refund. I told them this is not the way to do business and that I'd take my business elsewhere. I'd encourage other angies list memners to consider doing the same. Bait and switch is a poor way to do business. Disappointing.

While I was not present, my daughter reported they did a good job.

The house looked great after the powerwashing, but the soap that was used dripped onto the screen of our porch and left streaks. They came back soon after and fixed the issue. They were not able to get the storm windows off and they were going to charge extra for an additional visit. The second time, the technician was still unable to remove them, so they were left undone. I feel that the training they are giving their technicians should be a little more thorough.

They showed up EARLY, which was a plus. Chris and his assistant, whose name escapes me, unfortunately, were professional and went straight to work.
